What a special place this is. We had a beautiful room with a balcony overlooking the incredible lake and Mountain Views. The breakfast lunch dinner and drinks on the roof were all amazing. It was an incredible 5 nights in the most central location and the family/staff were so friendly and helpful.

The room and staff were just wonderful. We had an excellent nights sleep, the AC was amazing, beautiful view—really a wonderful time. Loved the breakfast! Would definitely come here again!
The spa area has reservations, but a whole family of four (including two children) were running around and loud during the massage and spa area after which I found to be a bit strange.
When you go to sleep, the little blue light from the refreshment corner wouldn’t go off, but I like complete darkness when I sleep.

Hotel Du Lac was a great place to stay in Bellagio, Italy. The staff was very friendly. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Great dining, especially breakfast, with a view of the Lake Como and bustling street below with lovely shops all around. Just gorgeous!

The location of the hotel is beautiful.
The room and the bathroom were a bit small. For one day it was ok but if we’ve stood more days I think it wouldn’t be so comfortable.
Hotel Du Lac was the perfect place to stay in Bellagio. We were right near the heart of the tourist district and a few steps away from the ferry. We enjoyed the restaurant on the front patio and view from the rooftop bar. The hotel had live entertainment a few evenings during our stay and the singer’s voice was angelic. Every employee we encountered was friendly, engaging, and super helpful! My husband and I signed up for a massage and it was one of the best relaxation, full body massages we ever had. The spa was clean and peaceful and we spent time there even on days when we didn’t have services booked.
Hotel Du Lac was perfect for my husband, 19 year old daughter, her friend, and me.
The light switches in the room were a little confusing and took some time to master 😉
Our stay was nothing short of incredible. From the moment we booked, the service was exceptional. Even before we arrived, the correspondence was outstanding, with the reception team kindly arranging trips and restaurant reservations for us, making everything effortless.
When we opened the door to our room, it truly took our breath away. It was everything we had hoped for and more—a dream room that I know I will remember forever.
The hotel has such a special atmosphere. Being family-run gives it a warmth and authenticity that is so rare to find, and it is clear that every member of the family genuinely cares about their guests and takes immense pride in creating an unforgettable experience.
The first-floor restaurant was another highlight, with spectacular views that made breakfast each morning feel truly special. We also loved spending time in the spa, which was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The rooftop bar is an absolute must-visit too, offering beautiful surroundings and a wonderful atmosphere. The hotel is perfectly located with the ferry terminal right outside making it easy to visit places on the lake.
We left with the most amazing memories and only one wish—that we can return one day. Thank you for making our stay so special. I will be thoroughly recommending this beautiful hotel to family and friends and to anyone looking for a truly exceptional experience.

Hotel du Lac is an amazing hotel and centrally located in Bellagio! The service, hotel rooms, and restaurant are all top-notch! We were there for three nights and hated to leave! Dining at their restaurant, Gioya, was a fabulous gourmet experience! Highly recommend Hotel du Lac!
