Une situation exceptionnelle !
Pros:

La situation géographique est incroyable, face au lac, proche des ferrys. Les petits déjeuners sont d'excellentes qualité, avec une vue superbe. Quel bonheur de profiter du petit spa après une journée de visite. Le bar/restaurant en bas de l'hôtel est très bien pour une collation ou un diner décontracté.

Les tarifs sont élevés, mais c'est Bellagio...

L'emplacement et l'accessibilité de l'hôtel malgré une rue piétonne.

Personnel à la réception, au petit déjeuner et au Roof Bar 👍

L'accueil au Spa et le massage.
Il faudrait un espace dédié à l'arrivée des client et non dans le couloir en face des escaliers puis directement en cabine!

Pros:

Lovely location, roof top bar & restaurant are beautiful spots and great staff, it was clean all round and the Spa is a great addition if you want to get away from the crowds for an hour or so.

The staff on the front desk, particularly Chiara were so warm and welcoming and very helpful. The rooftop bar was wonderful too with magnificent views.
