Pros:

I had a pleasant stay overall. Check-in was quick and easy, the staff were very friendly, and the location was excellent. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a great bed. The food was good, and I would stay here again.

Cons:

The room was quite small and had no view. The bathroom was clean but had plumbing issues, and the breakfast buffet offered limited variety. The hotel was also expensive, although I booked late during the high season.

Bellaggio off my list, will choose another location or Lago next time
Pros:

The hotel is located right on the promenade, close to the ferry, has garage parking spots in walkable distance but you can drive in the front of hotel and move your luggage inside.

Cons:

Masses of people unloaded on the small promenade every morning around 10 am and leaving around 6PM with the last ferry. Smell of engines everywhere-that place (Bellaggio)will benefit from more eco friendly-electrified vessels.
Hotel itself was fine, not too fancy though. Was expecting more luxurious feel I think..

Great boutique hotel in Bellagio
Pros:

Everything was good! Great staff who were helpful with arrangements. Location was great. Clean and chic. Food was very good as well. I would stay again in this hotel.

Cons:

The worst thing i can think of is that the room keys were heavy. But even this does not matter as you leave it at the front desk on your way out. So there was basically nothing that I did not like.

Pros:

This hotel was amazing!!! The location is beautiful, the rooms are modern and clean, and the rooftop bar is so beautiful with an amazing view of the lake. It is truly very well priced for what you are getting!

Gem of a Hotel
Pros:

We loved this hotel. When you first walk in, the lobby is small and quaint but once you go up the staircase to explore, the views are amazing! Our superior double was very spacious and clean. The included breakfast offered plenty of options with the most beautiful view. The roof top terrace overlooking the lake was perfect for a drink or bite to eat. The staff were fantastic and so very helpful especially Sara, Daniele and Kiara. Location was the best. Right across the street from the ferry and close to everything. So many restaurants to choose from and everything is within walking distance. We took the ferry to 4 different towns and each so pretty and unique. A gem boutique hotel. We would defintely go back.

Beautiful area, fantastic breakfast.

Cons:

The spa experience was included, but the hours were too limited. By the time we returned from activities each day it was closed. (We are not ones to hang around the hotel during the daytime - we are out doing things)

Amazing Stay
Pros:

We have one more night at this beautiful hotel. The views are amazing, all the staff, especially Sara, Chiara and Daniele have been so helpful and kind. The included breakfast delicious and plentiful and a joy to sit on the outdoor patio overlooking the lake. Our superior double room is very spacious, very clean and smells wonderful every time we walk in. The beds are extremely comfortable and the products provided are lovely. Location is perfect! The ferry is across the street and so convenient to visit the other towns. We are having a wonderful stay and would book again without hesitation!

Bliss in Bellagio
Pros:

From the moment we arrived we were impressed. Sarah on reception was lovely, showing us to our beautiful room. The room was very clean, modern and classy. The linen and towels of quality. Evening turndown service was a nice touch. Breakfast had an array of choices and the coffee exceptional. All staff were polite, respectful and friendly. We would highly recommend.

Great Location, Lovely Hotel
Pros:

Perfect location. Great breakfast, beautiful views. We took the train from Milan to Varenna, then the 15 min ferry across to Belaggio. A great base for Lake Como. Hotel is spotless. I used the spa, which is lovely.
