This is a very attractive and perfectly located hotel in Bellagio. The staff were extraordinarily helpful and friendly. We were upgraded to a lakefront room. We used the spa and had respectable massages. Also top quality housekeeping and turn down service.
Noise travels up the stairwell to the lakefront rooms. I wish there were nightlights in the bathrooms.

We loved this location which was central to restaurants, shops and the Ferry to visit other areas of Lake Como. The best was the staff who went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We had cocktails on the roof top bar and went to the spa. Our room was perfect and had a large window with balcony for fresh air. We will definitely be staying here again next time we are in Como, and recommending it to our friends.

Fantastic stay! The staff was incredibly welcoming and the breakfast hall is beautiful. We also loved the new, fancy spa—it's small but modern. Highly recommend!

2. Очень отзывчивые сотрудники. Был на костыле: помогали во всем и везде! Скорость реакции на любой запрос молниеносная. Включая доставку в номера.ранний заезд - без вопросов оба номера (и без доплаты).
3. Завтрак хороший достойный отеля 3*+++ завтрак.
4. Вид (хоть и за деньги согласно букингу) - просто сказка!!!
Если открывать окно на все время, то периодически комнату посещает запах дизельного топлива от паромов. Ну тут уж виноваты паромы, а не отель.
