Good location and comfortable room without frills.
Pros:

Excellent central location not far from the train station and ferry, with easy walking to the waterfront and town attractions.

The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The small bathroom, in particular the shower was very cramped.

Excellent location, comfortable, self contained apartment.
Pros:

Room was very comfortable. Front desk staff were very helpful. We had to get a letter regarding banking and the front desk staff were very helpful with this. Can't remember her name (but was from Chile)

Pros:

Friendly and extremely accommodating. Couldnt do enough to ensure stay was as comfortable as possible. ALL the staff, including housekeeping, were fantastic. Great location and modern, clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Lol... change the one ply in the loos!!!

Appartement très confortable et très bien situé.
Pros:

L’appartement était super bien situé. Nous pouvions faire beaucoup d’activités à pied: restaurants, visites de musées, etc. Les transports en commun et les épiceries étaient aussi tout près.
Le confort et les commodités de l’appartement.
La gentillesse du personnel.

Tout était parfait.

Staff were good in fixing above problem but the washing machine needs replacing.The washing machine
Pros:

Location was excellent to citywide and to catch airport shuttle service.

Cons:

The washing machine/ clothes dryer was no good. The machine is a dud/ faulty. The washing cycle would not finish and it kept adding water after it spin dried. Did this for hours. I had to ring after hours house keeping to come and fix at 10 o’clock at night. I know this also happened in at least two other apartments on that same night as they were in my same travel group.same Faulty brand of washing/drying machine in each case.

Great location and very good reception staff.

First room had a leak which soaked the carpet so we had to move after 3 days.

Second room had a toilet with a faulty flushing mechanism.

We were there for 6 days and only had our rooms serviced once - although we did ask for fresh towels 2 other days when we realised our rooms were not going to be serviced that day.
