Pros:

Break fast was great !! Staff were excellant both at reception and in the restaurant.

Cons:

There was a not-so-good smell in the corridors on the 7th floor...i think it is from using a wet mop... your corridors desparately need ventilation to remove the musty smell !! Also rooms have a similar not-so-good smell which needs to be addressed.

Water leakage in the room through AC. Acoustics are bad. I could hear next room TV noise through wall.

Well staff were pleasant and very courteous

Cons:

I felt the hygiene was not upto mark in certain areas.
Eg. While the bed sheet was clean I found hair on the pillow before I could even lay on the bed....
Bills from the previous customer were still in the draw etc

superb spread. nobody can complain.

Their travel desk has KIA Carens for hire. I used for 4 days. Mr. Siva from Rameshwaram is a good driver, polite, considerate. Another one is Mr. Arun.

Easy to access thru metro, the metro station next to hotel. Very convenient. I suggest to use metro, taxis re expensive.
