Pleasantly Surprised
Pros:

The facilities are excellent, and the meals available are enjoyable. I also received a room upgrade, which made my day truly special. The best sleep I've had in years. Will certainly return. The rooms are a great size and the King suite feels like home.

Wonderful!
Pros:

What a wonderful hotel! The facilities were fantastic, room really comfortable and it’s in a great location…breakfast was amazing. What really made our stay exceptional was the staff. Without exception they were friendly, kind and went above and beyond. We can’t wait to come back!!

Great resort with friendly staff
Pros:

Lovely clean and modern resort with a large room, excellent spa facilities. Great golf club views from restaurants and rooms. Would like to give a shout out to Danielle on reception, who went above and beyond to make sure we got our takeaway breakfasts at 7 am on departure day.

Pros:

Very pleasant staff. Epic shower in the bedroom. Extremely comfortable bed. Very clean. Felt very safe and secure. Plenty of parking. The nearby village is very beautiful.

Cons:

Not enough choice of fresh fruit at breakfast. Room was a bit gloomy. No dressing gown in the bedroom made a trip to the swimming pool less of a pleasure.

Safe comfortable stay we adapted
Pros:

Very friendly clean great room service, relaxed environment

Cons:

There was no place to put luggage but the floor. They did not have luggage rack or dressers to unpack clothing. They did have 10 hangers.

Waitress Clare and Roxy very helpful and pleasant.

Lunch awful more like KFC. Would not chance dinner there

Relax
Pros:

The room was a good size. Bathroom and shower very good. Staff at reception really helpful and friendly. Treatment at spa lovely. Food at resrsurant lovely

Cons:

Some staff at the restaurant needed more training. Breakfast buffet a little basic and coffee machine not working properly. We wanted to watch a programm on channel 4 but as hotel is using ssmsung tv unable to watch live tv.
