Excellent location and hotel
For us a king size bed would be better, it was all clean and fine
Great location
Erstmal die tolle Lage und
Wüsste jetzt nichts
The receptionist Katryna was very friendly and helpful !
We arrived 2 hrs before check in time but she went to see if our room was ready (it was) and let us have the key. After checking out we asked the Manager if we could leave our bags as we were going to do some sightseeing and he said that would be fine.
The room was very clean and fresh and looked out to the Loch which was lovely to see when we woke up in the morning.
All in all great value for money!
There was nothing we didn't like.
Stayed here a few times and enjoyed every minute. Staff, location stunning, food excellent and rooms ample for stay.
Nothing
Great food
Cosy room
Great view
Welcoming staff
Couldn’t ask for more
Atmosphäre, Freundlichkeit des Personals, Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und die Lage waren hervorragend.
Eine frühere Frühstücksmöglichkeit (z.B. 7.30) wäre schön.
Awesome hotel good warm comfortable room ,good food and excellent entertainment
It was clean, the staff were wonderful, the location gorgeous.
It was a bit noisy during the evening as the Acts did their work. Overall, though you can expect that during a weekend.
Location is beautiful.
It feels tired. The floorboards throughout the hotel are soo creaky and the walls very thin so whenever anyone in the rooms around or any above moved around it was really loud. Planned resurfacing works going on outside were so loud and bright; although these won’t affect residents on other occasions, the staff will have known this was happening and should have moved residents to the numerous free rooms on the other side of the hotel at the time of checking in.
We liked the accommodation, the lounge, entertainment, the staff were helpful and courteous and the location was excellent.
I didn't sleep beyond 1am due to the extreme heat in the room and that was with the windows open. It was the middle of the night and my husband was sound asleep - getting help would have awoken him. I think for health and safety reasons along the ability to be able to adjust the heat in each room via the radiator knob should be paramount.
Secondly breakfast was VERY disappointing, the scrambled eggs were like rubber, there were NO beans, NO bacon, the sausages had NO colour on them at all and had the consistency of being BOILED (absolutely disgusting). I could have understood if breakfast was almost over but we arrived down to breakfast at 8.45am, more than an hour before breakfast was due to finish.
Staff especially the female receptionist, exceptional, so helpful and kind.
Room 117, needs much improvement very tired looking, not very clean apart from bed linen and the bed was comfortable.
The price was good and the lovely receptionist did upgrade me from a single.
I shant return sadly.
Good location
Very uncomfortable beds.
We had dinner at the restaurant of the hotel and it was expensive, very poor quality. We received the food after one-hour wait and was not even aligned with our requests. The waiter was very rude and unprofessional, never providing feedback and avoiding us.
Won't definitely suggest the restaurant for sure.
Amazing scenery
Cleanliness of room
The location, the loch view value for money receptionist was friendly and the ambience when walking in
