Drei sehr schöne Tage in Lucca
Pros:

Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen, und trotzdem konnten wir es mit dem Auto gut anfahren, weil wir dort einen Parkplatz reserviert hatten. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit und hat uns bei allem unterstützt. Das Zimmer war sehr schön, das Frühstück war lecker, also alles prima.

Enjoyed every minute of our stay!
Pros:

Location excellent for staying in the middle of a walled city. Breakfast in the courtyard serene ! Staff all very happy & helpful. Restaurant top level and convenience of being able to retreat to the Bar/ Lounge for the cooling cocktail , wonderful!

Camera non silenziosa, non confortevole, non attenzione alle segnalazioni degli ospiti

Sistema musicale: un CD/impianto integrato direttamente nella parete, con casse incorporate, sicuramente una soluzione originale e particolare che ha allietato i momenti in cui siamo stati in camera

Considerando che si tratta di una struttura a 4 stelle, ci aspettavamo un livello di servizio decisamente diverso.
La nostra camera, la n. 23, era situata vicino alla cucina. Per tutta la sera abbiamo sentito un forte odore di cucina provenire dalla zona ristorante. Inoltre, il rumore era davvero insostenibile: urla, pentole e padelle, telefoni che squillavano, persone che parlavano e urlavano al telefono. Abbiamo segnalato immediatamente il problema alla reception, ma non abbiamo ricevuto praticamente alcuna soluzione. Da quanto abbiamo potuto vedere, l’hotel non era nemmeno al completo, quindi ci saremmo aspettati che ci venisse proposta almeno la possibilità di cambiare camera. Il risultato è stato che non siamo riusciti a dormire fino alle 1:30 di notte. Inoltre la finestra sita in alto e non pulita era coperta da tenda polverosa e non particolarmente coprente, vedere la luce del giorno mentre si dorme non aiuta il sonno, la mancanza di pulizia ordinaria non è salutare.
Bagno attrezzato per persone con disabilità, ma la seggetta del WC era talmente piccola e scomoda che era praticamente impossibile utilizzare normalmente il WC. Inoltre, abbiamo trovato dei capelli nella doccia e durante la doccia l’acqua fuoriusciva sul pavimento e, una volta usciti dalla doccia, si rischia concretamente di scivolare e cadere, proprio a causa dell’acqua presente a terra. La colazione del mattino è stata deludente per servizio assente e per qualità pochissima scelta di frutta, praticamente solo mele, alcune delle quali apparivano molto vecchie e raggrinzite, nessuna vera varietà di frutta di stagione, solo due tipi di croissant e nessuna particolare proposta di prodotti integrali.

Odradzam,do mojego pokoju weszli goście hotelowi, bo dostali ten sam pokój, wstyd!

Sniadanie pyszne, ponieważ było w restauracji obok hotelu

Spałam z dzieckiem, a do pokoju weszli inni goście hotelowi, ponieważ pracownik hotelu dał im kartę do naszego pokoju. Dziecko przerażone zaczęło ze strachu krzyczeć, ludzie którzy weszli do naszego pokoju zdezorientowani, bo dostali pokój gdzie są inni wczasowicze, zamieszanie. No cóż w hotelu 4-gwiazdkowym taka sytuacja jest niedopuszczalna, wstyd! Do końca pobytu nie mieliśmy spokoju, bo obawialiśmy się ze ktoś obcy wejdzie nam znowu omyłkowo do pokoju, lub że ukradnie nam ktoś rzeczy, dokumenty z pokoju. Ja nie polecam tego hotelu, trauma została.

Pros:

Deuxième passage au Tuscanian Hotel: tout aussi bien! La chambre de cette année était moins originale que celle de l’année dernière mais parfaite.
Le personnel du petit déjeuner était particulièrement agréable.

Beautiful hotel with excellent amenities
Pros:

From the moment you walk in and are greeted from the kind front desk staff, to opening the door to this spacious room, we could not be more pleased!
The air conditioning was fantastic, rooms very well appointed, bathroom was large and had two sinks.
The breakfast was wonderful as well. A nice assortment of yogurt, baked goods, eggs and bacon.
