Kudos to a Terrific Staff
Pros:

The staff was exceptional. They exceeded expectations at every turn, and we are so grateful to them. We loved the location as well. Being central meant it was an easy walk to all parts of the city. But for us, being right next to the Boccherini Conservatory was extra special. It was a wonderful stay!

A bit of advice for future guests with a car... to get to the hotel, FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS THEY GIVE YOU, do not rely on your GPS. Trust me on this!!!

Cons:

We missed being able to open a window (this might be a unique situation to our room, which was absolutely beautiful but had an unusual window configuration). A ceiling fan would have made the air seem a little fresher.

Hotel, bien placé, mais très bruyant 
Pros:

L’emplacement en plein centre de la vieille ville, Hotel, charmant

Cons:

Aucune insonorisation, impossible de dormir sans entendre, les gens marcher ou parler dans la rue comme s’ils étaient dans notre propre chambre, le lavage des rues tôt, le matin etc. la mauvaise qualité du matelas ( tres dur)

Belle chambre très agréable dans le centre ville avec petit déjeuner de qualité
Pros:

Nous avons eu une très belle chambre avec terrasses donnant sur les toits de la ville. L'hotel est super bien placé en centre ville, ce qui peermet de rayonner facilement. Il propose un parking pour la voiture.

Cons:

La belle suprise c'était d'avoir la balnéo dans la douche et la baignoire, mais hélas celle-ci n'était pas vraiment fonctionnelle donc ce fût dommage.

molto piacevole, quando tornerò a Lucca andrò nuovamente al Tuscanian
Pros:

l'ubicazione buona, molto gradita la presenza del parcheggio ed ancor più il servizio di valet all'arrivo con la ragazza che ha pensato a sistemare la vettura. ristorante piacevole, staff hotel cortese, disponibile e simpatico
