Fantastic!!!
Pros:

Beautiful room with really comfy bed and fab view of the street and then a cute little courtyard from the bathroom, what a wonderful town Lucca is, gorgeous eateries and things to see and do. The hotel staff were lovely and very pleasant. We will return and stay here for sure. Thanks to all. 💕🩷💕

Really enjoyable. Fantastic gem which has escaped our radar upto now
Pros:

Sarah the receptionist was particularly helpful. Booked restaurants for us and generally available for lots of advice

Cons:

Size of breakfast room.
We went as a four but often didnt manage to sit together at breakfast

Excellent location, Great staff, wonderful breakfast!
Pros:

Location was great. We drove a car in and followed the directions sent by the Hotel They were perfect. Staff was very helpful in getting the car, parked in their garage and helping us with luggage to the hotel. Staff very warm and helpful.

Fantastic gem hidden inside Lucca.
Pros:

The staff were friendly and welcoming and willing to do just about anything required. The breakfast room was a little small for the number of guestrs the hotel holds, but the breakfast itself aws very good with a great variety on offer. The atatched restaurant was excellent with a great menu and fantastic staff.

Cons:

There was nothing about this hotel that I didn't like. The only area for improvem,ent is making a bit more space available in the morning for breakfast. They have circa 30 rooms but can only cope with about 8 rooms worth at breakfast.

Charmant hôtel boutique au cœur de Lucca
Pros:

Situation parfaite dans la sublime ville de Lucca, personnel aux petits soins, chambres décorées et équipées avec goût, la classe.

Cons:

Dommage que la salle de petit déjeuner soit si exiguë et le buffet un peu chiche. Dommage aussi que le bar ne soit pas vraiment ouvert le soir.

Hög klass på allt. Modernt och klassiskt på samma gång. Bra och lugnt läge. Allt rent och mycket fräscht. Närmare 5 än 4 *. Allt du önskar till frukost. Personalen uppmärksam, vänlig och avslappnad.

Fine for a night in Lucca but not sure I’d say it’s good value

Location in the old town was excellent

Cons:

The breakfast was disappointing. And the staff weren’t overly helpful.
Soap dispensers in the bathroom were both empty.

Kudos to a Terrific Staff
Pros:

The staff was exceptional. They exceeded expectations at every turn, and we are so grateful to them. We loved the location as well. Being central meant it was an easy walk to all parts of the city. But for us, being right next to the Boccherini Conservatory was extra special. It was a wonderful stay!

A bit of advice for future guests with a car... to get to the hotel, FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS THEY GIVE YOU, do not rely on your GPS. Trust me on this!!!

Cons:

We missed being able to open a window (this might be a unique situation to our room, which was absolutely beautiful but had an unusual window configuration). A ceiling fan would have made the air seem a little fresher.
