Location and our memories there over the years celebrating our anniversary
Did not get room service of late night snacks (orange and almond cake) and was not offered anything else to substitute.
Not even a cup of ice cream when we asked
The manager on that shift was rude and condescending.
It turns out we did get the orange and almond cake when we ordered our breakfast in bed at 9 clock so 🤔
When you find yourself having to write a compliant about the place your staying in at 11 clock at night instead of spending quality time together with your wife/partner, its time to move on.
Die Lage vom Hotel und der Balkon mit Harbourview ist perfekt.
Der Frühstücksraum und das Personal dort. Lange wartezeiten bis nur einmal der bestellte Kaffee kommt. Ungemütlich und eng möbliert.

Very limited
We are here now and are half way through our 8 night stay. On the 2nd day we saw cockroaches in our room and complained. We were told the room would be sprayed immediately. However, 24 hours later and we have more cockroaches in the room. The duty manager has said they will send someone up to sweep them away if we point them out! I asked about the spray and he said they will do that but can’t find any spray at the moment - makes me wonder if they bothered spraying yesterday.
We’ve stayed here several times over the last few years and it is definitely going downhill. There are also maintenance issues - broken iron, broken balcony blinds (no sign of the blind being repaired despite our request 2 days ago) but the cockroaches and manager attitude to the problem is the worst.
We will never stay here again and will be looking for a clean hotel to move to tomorrow.
the harbor view was exceptional
the breakfast service was a bit slow due to the number of guests
There was a staff member at breakfast who was rude and I asked to change tables as I had booked 10 rooms and wanted to sit together and they said there was no tables to do so and then I heard her talking about us with another staff member was very unprofessional.
Me and my wife stayed here as the last hotel of a 6 week trip around Australia and New Zealand and wanted to stay somewhere special to mark the end of a special trip. We usually stay around Darling Harbour when in Sydney so this was a real change for us. We stayed in a lux harbour view room and it didn’t disappoint. The view was amazing, with easy transport links right outside. Being able to sit on the balcony and watch the Cruise ships departing was lovely, especially with the views of the bridge as a backdrop.
The design of the room is great and the location is stunning. The staff were very helpful. The concierge was quick to help with bags and the front of desk, especially Kim, was kind and helpful when the air conditioning failed, quickly moving us to a new room.
We actually use the kitchen which may not happen all the time so we noticed the absence of some niceties such as sharp knives, peeler, paper towel, oven mitts, oven tray and can opener. They would have been nice additions.
The location was incredible
There was a few broken tiles in the pool however it was a beautiful temperature and beautiful spa
Very clean, incredibly spacious and brilliant staff. Everyone was lovely and very helpful. The location was also superb and very convenient.
