Lovely apartment hotel looking at the harbour bridge and right next to the opera house
Pros:

The view. The balcony. The location. Right on the promenade of Sydney Opera House and the bustling circular quay. Spacious and beautiful one bed apartment with everything you need.

Cons:

Limited breakfast choice. No concierge. House keeper entered the room without knocking.

The perfect location for Sydney!
Pros:

Location is perfect. We so enjoyed just sitting on the patio watching the ferries going in and out, the cockatoo's and the beautiful view. Close to ferries, Opera House and Gardens. Perfect!

Cons:

Our room was wonderful. Our friends had a room without any artwork/mirrors on the wall and a little stark. You will also have large cruise ships blocking the view from early morning until about 5 p.m.

Perfect Sydney location. Spacious comfortable grooms.
Pros:

Location is superb. Right by botanical gardens opera house and harbour. Unbeatable. The double apartment was huge and very comfortable with all amenities. Great cleaning daily.

Cons:

There are no stairs so you are dependent on lifts even for a mezzanine. Getting to the pool involves two lifts and then two more just to get to the restaurant on same floor. The breakfast offering is odd. À la carte is great but it should trust its guests more rather than being so rigid in the ordering. Like being back at school! Overall though a terrific stay

The room perfect and spacy

Cons:

The breakfast is real cheap and does not match the standard of the room ! Go anywhere else but here for breakfast !

Great Hotel in a excellent location
Pros:

Excellent location, especially if using Ferries and trains. Great views from the Harbour facing rooms. Excellent Breakfast

Cons:

The refurbishment works on the wharf opposite although that is out of the control of the hotel

Amazing. Best view in Sydney
Pros:

Everything was amazing. The staff, the view, the apartment and the location. It was a special birthday and they even sent wine and desert to us as a gift. Wonderful relaxing mini break.

Incredible views and the perfect vacation!
Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay! The view was what sold us when booking it and we’re so glad we did. Photos don’t do it justice, it was so lovely. The staff there were incredible as well and the room was kept very clean. The pool was so warm we loved going for a swim after a big day of adventures. It’s also right next to the train/tram stop and ferries so super easy to move around Sydney. Would absolutely recommend and 100% want to stay again.

I will recommend Pullman Quay Grand Hotel Sydney. We love our 2 nights stay here, very clean, staff is very friendly, lovely food breakfast including during our stay and perfect views and location. We definitely back here someday. 💞
