Almost everything. The staff were polite and accommodating. The hotel themselves worked hard to ensure that my daughter's 18th was a special day. The location was perfect with access directly to Circular Quay.
The antipasto platter and breakfast in the room was perfect. The view from our balcony was relaxing.

Cons:

This was a personal thing that the bar was closed when we came back from the Opera despite arriving half an hour prior to the advertised closing time.
The hotel also runs on an AI internal room service system. We ordered extra bedding after a late night antipasto platter. The bedding never arrived. It was acknowledged the following morning that the system needed review, but my daughter also likes to have layers on her bed.

A great place to stay in Sydney
Pros:

Great location,wonderful service. Highly recommend if you wish to stay on circular Quay and or near the Opera House.

Point fort : emplacement près de l'opéra+++
Chambre assez spacieuse, bien orientée et bien isolée.
Personnel très cordial

Cons:

Kitchenette mal équipée.il manquait quelques ustensiles et des condiments basiques (sel poivre)
Nous n'avons pas aimé la Formule du petit déjeuner...
Pas de place de parking accessible sans prise du forfait avec valet. Un supplément financier non négligeable!
