Hidden luxury and a great spot to explore Syndey from
Pros:

Restaurant Flamina was exceptional, we booked because it was in the hotel and the menu looked good and were very impressed with the service and the quality of food and wine lose far exceeding our expectations. We stayed in a suite overlooking the park and the room was fabulous. Highly recommend and we will be back

Beautiful view from 8th story apartment.
Close proximity to Opera House, the City, Botanical Gardens and all modes of public transport. Everything was within walking distance.

Staff were wonderful and the breakfast downstairs was amazing. That ran like a well oiled machine!

One of the comfiest beds we have slept in whilst away.

Cons:

Not all jets were working properly on the spa.

Fabulous location, and good facilities
Pros:

Loved the location - how could you not? The view from my room was exceptional, and it was very well sound-proofed. Also, the staff and DJ at birthday party at El Vista were *FANTASTIC* - could have done with a bit more finger-food type options, on the menu, though.

Cons:

I had a sudden illness (stomach/flu?), and the quality of the offerings were a bit disappointing. Specifically, I'd been vomiting and sneezing, and I tried to get my breakfast delivered to my room, rather than infect everyone with my germs, but was told I'd have to pay for delivery - I wasn't suggesting that on my behalf. Also, the cheap 1-ply tissues were a bit disappoing (and ultimately painful on my poor, red nose).
