Pros:

Ottima posizione sia per la spiaggia che per il centro della città. L'appartamento molto accogliente e tornerò a Sydney a fine mese e avevo prenotato in un'altra struttura, dopo questa vacanzina ho cancellato la prenotazione e passerò gli ultimi giorni i di questa vacanza presso di voi. .

Lage super, ist aber auch das einzige

Cons:

Eine Rundumerneuerung wäre notwendig. Ist ein sehr abgewohntes Quartier und sehr wohl Motel-like (auch wenn es sich nicht so bezeichnet). Matratze war sehr unbequem, eher hart. Klimaanlage ist ein altes lautes Ding, das genau aufs Bett bläst. Die Lüftung im Bad ist nicht getrennt vom Licht einschaltbar und auch extrem laut. Die Fenster zum Parkplatz hin kann man nicht öffnen und die kleinen Fenster über dem Bett auch nicht wirklich. Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht, auch nicht für Bondi Beach.

It was filthy.
Blood on floor of shower and bathroom. Mould all in shower and wardrobes
Bathroom infested with ants
Curtains all mouldy and manky
Doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned in a long time

Great location but pretty pricey for the condition it’s in.

Wifi is terrible, our air con’s drain dripped directly over our front door, no signal in laundry room to use machines unless you have coins but there are no coins kept on site, complex feels very very old and not maintained that well.

Pros:

Iliana e Daniel alla reception sono fantastici e mi hanno aiutata tantissimo.
L'appartamento era grazioso e molto spazioso e mi sono trovata benissimo.
Situato a 12' a piedi da Bondi Beach e proprio accanto alla fermata del bus 379 per Bondi Junction.

Cons:

Il bagno era un pò piccolo ed il letto un pò scomodo per me che ho problemi alla schiena (ernia discale).
Non riuscivo a spegnere le luci dal letto e dovevo alzarmi apposta dal letto per farlo.

The room is very small and dated. Kitchen facilities are the cheapest available. Laminate floor was sticky. A small double bed. Bring a magnifying glass if you want to watch a movie. My pc monitor larger.
