Great stay
Pros:

I think it's one of my favourite hotel brands.
I like very much the design of the rooms.
I enjoyed the drinks on the roof top.

Cons:

The restaurant for dinner, food could be improved, but also the vibe/ambiance.

Bardzo dobry hotel , z udogodnieniami i w dobrej lokalizacji.
Pros:

Wyjątkowa restauracja i basen na dachu-mały ale klimatyczny , cudowny widok na panoramę miasta. Wygodne łózko, czysto. Ręczniki wymieniane codziennie i sprzątany pokój . Bardzo dobre śniadanie , urozmaicone , soki ze świeżych owoców. Lokalizacja w pobliżu park i dużo atrakcji, pośrodku pomiędzy starym miastem a plażą.

Cons:

Widać w łazienkach zużycie materiału. Lekko obdarte szafy , cokoły przy wannie i drzwiach, niedokręcone haczyki na ręczniki. Podsumowując , nie zaburza to dobrego funkcjonowania i wysokiego standardu pokoju.

Slightly disappointed
Pros:

Location was great. The size of room (Junior Suite) was really good and very spacious. Breakfast was very well laid out. Lavazza coffee is always a winner! Cooked food selection wasn't hot and some items were cold, however, freshly cooked eggs were good. Room cleaning service was excellent.

Cons:

Following a slight mix up where we were given the wrong room, we made our way to our correct room. It was nicely laid out and generously sized. I was disappointed overall due to a few things. Floorboards had gaps in 4 or 5 areas which could have resulted in heels catching and were a trip hazard. Our towels on day 2 had holes in them. The room could have benefited from an in depth clean around bathrooms as doors had fingerprints. The coffee table was full of debris in the sides. I hated that we had to scan a code on our phones to open an online form and complete our details to check in. I prefer a hard copy form. Only one robe and slippers in a room with two guests but we didn't use it so it wasn't an issue. The air conditioning was freezing and the room was cold even when we switched it off. Overall I really don't think the standard expected was reflected in the price. Quite disappointed but, as we had activities planned, we were out during most of the day. Reception never asked how our stay was when checking out and I've never not been asked this on departure and found it odd.
