Important information:

Please note the cardholder name used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.
The following services are canceled at the moment: shuttle bus, entertainment program, Kid's Club (we only have an unsupervised playground).

Pool Bar - open from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. PURA Restaurant - Open from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Price for changing a pool towel:
The towel will be free for the client, with a deposit of €10 that will be returned upon departure.
Pool towel changes will be free every 3 days.
Each change outside these dates will cost the client €2.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Pros:

Nice view from reception, free parking at the hotel

Cons:

1. Not accessible for strollers at all (100% not stroller-friendly).
2. The restaurant is not operating properly (they sell pizzas made from frozen ones and charge €14).
3. It’s off-season, but the room is cold, which is especially uncomfortable when you have a small child.
4. Our room has an unpleasant smell, like unwashed and hidden socks.

Solid 8/10, great value for money - but with potential for 10/10 if they improve a few things.
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful with Bali-inspired decor. I particularly liked the architecture of the apartments. Although I didn't get a chance to enjoy the pool, it was heated and it looked great. Would've loved to try the pool bar.

The staff at reception was helpful and attentive.

Cons:

The facilities are a bit dated. One of the sockets in our room didn't work, the bath was a bit old and rusty.

The breakfast was ok - would've been good to have more variety. There were a lot of baked/pastry goods which are not particularly healthy. Would've been nice to have fruits and other options. Also the drink options were not great, although the coffee was decent!

If they improve the facilities (particularly in the bedrooms) and the breakfast variety, this would be a 10/10 as it is a beautiful hotel with great potential and great value for money. It just feels like the hotel doesn't have enough money to take proper care of it and renovate it.

Séjour très agréable dans cet établissement conforme à nos attentes.
Pros:

Les appartements sont très bien agencés avec le minimum.
La piscine était très propre et conforme à la description.
Le petit-déjeuner est très copieux.
L'établissement est au calme à 10 minutes des plages et des quartiers touristiques.

Cons:

Une amélioration pourrait être faite au niveau de la propreté, table basse et le mange-debout avec des marques et collants.

Can hear absolutely everything from upstairs apartments, night staff couldn't speak any English so unable to deal with noise complaints of group partying all night above our apartment. Even when explained in Spanish no one came to deal with issue for hours. Didn't get more than 3 hours sleep at any one time all holiday and came home ill from exhaustion. Complained on a daily basis and nothing got done. Smaller complaint is that needs more self catering equipment.

Wow wow wow ! What a beautiful and stunning place , we stayed in a 2 bed apartment (room 305 ) room the moment we arrived staff were very warm and welcoming, the apartment was clean tidy and everything u would need . Was split on two levels living space upstairs with a bathroom and two bedrooms and another bathroom down stairs , 3 balconies two facing the pool and one at the back , my son room had two full side single needs and I had a four poster bed ! Was decorated lovely both bedroom had access to balcony areas . The heated swimming pool was lovely with lots of sun loungers and a swim up bar , the hotel also provides a bus around 10.30 that will take guests to the beach and will collect around 17.30 , this was all free just had to show driver your hotel room and took abt 10 mins to get to the beach . I loved this place , the food and drinks a the same cost as any other place , didn’t want to leave .
