Important information:

Please note the cardholder name used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.
The following services are canceled at the moment: shuttle bus, entertainment program, Kid's Club (we only have an unsupervised playground).

Pool Bar - open from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. PURA Restaurant - Open from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Price for changing a pool towel:
The towel will be free for the client, with a deposit of €10 that will be returned upon departure.
Pool towel changes will be free every 3 days.
Each change outside these dates will cost the client €2.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Uno de los chicos que nos atendió la primera vez se ve que es de los veteranos muy buen trato nos ofreció de beber, y nos fuimos bastantes contentos con su atención, pero el que nos atendió por segunda vez no sabía ni qué habitaciones ofrecía el hotel.

Cons:

La primera vez que vinimos todo fue estupendo, pero esta segunda vez nos dieron una habitación pésima, aparte de enana, sin privacidad porque todo el mundo que pasaba te veía en la sala la nevera no enfriaba y varios alimentos se echaron a perder, el lavamanos se movía y si lo utilizabas chorreaba agua, pedimos amablemente si nos podían cambiar de habitación y si había que pagar de más se hacía pero no quisieron darnos solución, nuestra habitación tenía una puerta que conectaba con la habitación de alado si estabas durmiendo y alguien llamaba a el timbre del de alado era como si tocaran el tuyo y ya para colmo fuimos buscando tranquilidad y relajación y a las 8 de la mañana nos despiertan un trabajador del hotel dando martillazos,Experiencia nefasta.

La habitación está muy bien , la cama y almohadas muy cómodas y la animación genial

Cons:

No le gustó la limpieza de las carpas tenía el agua muy sucia , y tampoco me gustó q la gente se cuela por los lados y luego están en la piscina bebidas y haciendo acciones sexuales delante de niños y no le dicen nada , deberían controlar la zona de la piscina
El socorrista solo lo vi levantarse para ir al bar de resto en 3 días ni se movió de su sitio

Please read before booking!!
Pros:

Stayed here for 1 week with 3 children, i never leave reviews but felt compelled to inform other people before booking. Basically if you dont have a hire car and on a spending budget you are buggered!! Hotel has absolutely nothing, no restaurant, no shop, no entertainment, not even a bar for an evening drink. It cost 25€ for a return taxi to town which you will need to do everyday to eat. Rooms are spacious to be fair but very dated and hanging together. Beds are as hard as the road and I mean hard! I've stayed in many hotels and most are at least ok but this is no where near a 4 star, more like a 3 at best. Air conditioning in rooms terrible, no mobile signal in room and WIFI was also terrible. Had to pay 10€ deposit for lounger towels which were poor quality and only allowed to swap for cleaning every other day. Rooms only cleaned on request with 24h notice. Staff were friendly and swimming pool ok. Im really struggling to find anymore positives about this hotel. I was so lucky to have a hire car. Also pool side bar and snacks massively over priced, 4€ for s small plastic cup of local beer!
