Important information:

Please note the cardholder name used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.
The following services are canceled at the moment: shuttle bus, entertainment program, Kid's Club (we only have an unsupervised playground).

Pool Bar - open from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. PURA Restaurant - Open from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Price for changing a pool towel:
The towel will be free for the client, with a deposit of €10 that will be returned upon departure.
Pool towel changes will be free every 3 days.
Each change outside these dates will cost the client €2.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Pros:

La atención de todo el personal, pero destacar a Bruno, muy amable y servicial. La limpieza, el complejo en sí muy cuidado. El ambiente, la ubicación todo genial. Además solicitamos cuna y la teníamos preparada en la habitación sin coste extra.

Cons:

Por mejorar algo, el colchón que nos tocó se hundía por lo que no dormimos del todo cómodos, pero nada más que añadir.

Très dépaysant ce petit Bali au milieu de l’Atlantique
Pros:

Hors saison nous avons pu profiter de toutes ces magnifiques installations et d’une petite fréquentation

Pros:

El trato del personal en recepción excelente, y la zona de la piscina es muy bonita y original. Sobretodo el tener el jacuzzi al lado y el bar en la misma piscina es increíble 😍. Sin duda repetiremos.

Cons:

Lo unico que no me gustó fue que en nuestra habitación habia una bañera de hidromasajes pero al utilizarlo como ducha se trababa y no succionaba bien el agua, no me fue agradable la ducha.

Pros:

La piscina es tal cual se aprecia en las fotografías y climatizada, la habitación es amplia, bonita y cómoda, tiene variado entretenimiento gratuito para los/as niños/as, disponibilidad de hamacas, parking para el coche, amabilidad del personal de recepción, desayuno bueno, etc.

Cons:

Quizás que era un poco difícil llegar de la habitación a la piscina, pondría algunos carteles que indicaran cómo llegara la primera a la piscina.
