Important information:

Please note the cardholder name used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.
The following services are canceled at the moment: shuttle bus, entertainment program, Kid's Club (we only have an unsupervised playground).

Pool Bar - open from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. PURA Restaurant - Open from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Price for changing a pool towel:
The towel will be free for the client, with a deposit of €10 that will be returned upon departure.
Pool towel changes will be free every 3 days.
Each change outside these dates will cost the client €2.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Una atención por parte de recepción marc se llama el chico espectacular 👌 profesional atento y humilde piensa mucho en su posición de trabajo y en el cliente no dejaré de volber el mejor hotel y personal estan aqui en tenerife

El personal de 10, empezando por la recepción y terminando por el personal del bar piscina.La piscina nos gustó muchísimo, el bar piscina lo mejor porque a la misma vez que disfrutas de la piscina puedes tomarte algo.El alojamiento es grande y tiene aire acondicionado y ventiladores en las habitaciones y salón. Fuimos 2 adultos y 3 niños en lo que uno de ellos se quedó en el sillón cama que para una noche estaría bien.

Cons:

La limpieza podría mejorar mas. Toda la ropa de cama tenía un olor extraño. Nuestra habitación tambien olia mal y aunque ventilaramos no se terminaba de ir el olor, en cambio los colchones eran cómodos.

En general todo estaba perfecto , pero la piscina de los niños pequeños está súper bien ubicada, me parece que los padres podemos disfrutar un poco más , porque es bastante segura .

Cons:

La salida a las 10: 00 me parece que es muy pronto .Ya que con un niño pequeño es muy apurado .

Cons:

Δεν καθάρισαν καμία μέρα από τις 3. Επίσης ενώ στον κατάλογο έγραφε δείπνο 7-10 όταν πήγαμε στις 9 ήταν όλα κλειστά επειδή πιθανώς δεν είχαν πολύ κόσμο. Οπότε αλλάξαμε όλο μας το προγραμμα

Pros:

Bellissimo hotel, si vede da Dio il tramonto. Anche la piscina ci è piaciuta molto è proprio come in foto.

Cons:

L’unico punto dolente secondo me è che la pulizia in camera devi prenotarla tu 24h prima e anche dopo purtroppo non sono stati riforniti i bagnoschiuma che erano finiti e la carta igienica.

Cons:

So gut wie keine vegane Auswahl beim Frühstück. Die Küche hat uns auf Nachfrage Guacamole gemacht.
