La posizione è sicuramente perfetta: non sei nel pieno centro di Es Pujols, ma lo raggiungi in circa 10 minuti a piedi costeggiando il litorale. Questo rende la struttura comoda e al tempo stesso più tranquilla.
La presenza costante di zanzare e moscerini è stata un problema durante tutto il soggiorno. Lo staff non ha fatto nulla per gestire la situazione, ad esempio predisponendo zampironi o candele alla citronella. Durante le cene si era praticamente costretti a rimanere all’interno, altrimenti si veniva presi d’assalto dagli insetti. È un vero peccato, perché il panorama dall’area buffet all’aperto è molto bello.
Lo staff è apparso poco accogliente e spesso svogliato, nonostante fossimo solo all’inizio della stagione. Inoltre, le informazioni non venivano comunicate in modo chiaro e si è verificato un fraintendimento con una receptionist riguardo al prolungamento del nostro soggiorno di due notti.
La camera assegnataci era molto umida e il bagno presentava tracce di muffa sul soffitto. Inoltre, non abbiamo potuto dormire con la finestra aperta per evitare l’ingresso delle numerose zanzare.

Los bungalós que están a partir del 400 están lejos de todo y la llegada hasta los mismos es muy incómoda por la tierra y piedras del camino
Los servicios complementarios, como la piscina y el bar de piscina muy bien. Las instalaciones comunes están muy bien y la comida muy buena.
Las habitaciones necesitan una reforma, olían a humedad y las camas bastantes incómodas.
