Love this venue and staff are helpful and friendly. However hotel is very tired.

Cons:

We have been several times now. The hotel is tired and needing upgraded. Our balcony had leaky green grunge dripping from the ceiling to floor forming a slippy puddle. We couldn’t use it. This was a deluxe seaview room we booked. We did get to change rooms as maintenance couldn’t fix it until after the season. We know new guests were placed in the room.

Superb!
Pros:

This wasn't our first time staying here and we were reminded of how good it is. The double deluxe sea view room has superb views over the bay and is comfortable and cleaned well every day. A selection of tv channels in many languages. The breakfast is plentiful, has everything you need and even the hot food was hot which is rare to find! The staff were friendly and always spoke to you as you passed through the hotel. For those not familiar with the location, it is central to everything. The hairdryer was emitting smoke when turned on, this was reported to reception and was replaced almost instantly. The only thing I could recommend is to install a full length/additional mirror in the room as the only mirror was in the bathroom.

Cons:

The lifeguard should not let the kids shoot the other kids with water guns. Is not my duty to tell the other parents on how to educate their kids. I would expect him to be more active here.

The cleaning lady asked me twice wrt to checkout at 10:40. I was rushing having a baby as well. I have never seen before a checkout at 10:30.

Room was clearly undergoing refurbishment but not finished. Wasn’t very clean, hair & stains on bed linen which we had to get changed on arrival. Every floors fire doors were blocked by big furniture, food was terrible , couldn’t get any beds around the pool , bathroom was very dirty,

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Leonardo Royal Hotel und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Das Essen war ausgezeichnet – abwechslungsreich, frisch und sehr lecker. Der Poolbereich ist hervorragend gepflegt und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die einzigartige Aussicht, die unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht hat.

Ein großes Dankeschön geht an Santiago aus dem Restaurant. Er war stets sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit und hat dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns jederzeit wohlgefühlt haben.

Ebenso möchten wir Mauro vom Animationsteam hervorheben. Er war immer freundlich, engagiert und hilfsbereit. Die von ihm begleiteten Aktivitäten wie Kajakfahren und Stand-up-Paddling waren tolle Erlebnisse und haben unseren Urlaub bereichert.

Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für die großartige Gastfreundschaft. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Pros:

Widok był niezły, ale wcale nie taki jak na zdjęciu podczas robienia rezerwacji. Obsługa na recepcji bardzo miła.

Cons:

Najgorsze łóżka w jakich spałem. Bardzo słabe, małe i wolne windy na które trzeba długo czekać.. Mały basen, mało leżaków i wszystkie zajęte ręcznikami od rana. Jedzenia na all inclusive trochę jest, ale szybko się nudzi i nie ma różnorodności nawet na 1 tydzień. Kolacja azjatycka to śmiech na sali. Sushi to kulki ryżu z odrobiną jakiegoś dodatku.

Близько до пляжу, смачна різноманітна їжа, комфортні номери апартаменти щоденне прибирання, щоденна заміна рушників, багато чого входить з коктейльного бару в All inclusive.

Cons:

Деякі коктейлі були як вода, безалкогольні та майже не мали смаку. Також азійська вечеря по очікування мала мати більше страв таких як різноманітні роли, супи та інше.
