Hotellet ok, matsalen tråkig som en skolmatsal. Högljutt och stökigt. Bra läge nära stranden.
Cons:

Myror på rummet, många. Trasiga solstolar och väldigt obekväma.
Hemsk utsikt från balkongen mot sopor.
Rummet ostädat med hår i badrummet när vi kom.

Fint läge men skulle nog välja ett annat hotell nästa gång.
Pros:

Väldigt bra läge med pool ner vid havet och nära fin sandstrand. Fantastisk utsikt från terassen på vårt rum.

Cons:

Rummet behöver fräschas upp, målas och lagas det som är trasigt.
Maten höll tyvärr inte den standard som kunde förväntas av priset, är ute på restaurang istället är vårt tips. Dessutom var matsalen inte särskilt trevlig, inga fönster, lite ”källarkänsla” och väldigt slamrigt/hög volym främst beroende på att personalen stod och plockade disk inne bland borden.
De borde flytta restaurangen till den stora barlokal som finns i hotellet, där finns både fönster och platser ute med fantastisk utsikt.

Maten var variert. Beliggenheten topp.Hyggelig personell.

Cons:

VELDIG bråkete matsalen, både fra ansatte og gjester pga ingen form for lyddemplng. VELDIG lytt mellom rommene og fra gangen, hørte all samtale fra naborommet tydelig🙄

La vue incroyable de la chambre , la gentillesse du personnel.

Cons:

La chambre n’était pas à la hauteur de mes espérances concernant la deco et les défauts des équipements , buffet petit déjeuner et dîner trop répétitif et moyen .

Avoid at all costs , this is a very bad hotel and is not a 4 star hotel

Location was good

Cons:

Room was an absolute disgrace , stains on the floor , toilet door had no mechanism and did not shut , shelf that safe was secured to was broken so you can just walk away with shelf and safe , a really bad smell coming from the shower , Tv did not work and to top it all of there was water dripping from the ceiling in the bath room . Avoiding this hotel at all costs . Person on front desk was very unhelpful and was basically saying to us we have to get on with it , assistant manager was also not very helpful . The assistant manager informed us that all tvs in hotel had a problem so could not help with this but when the hotel had to move us for the last 7 hours of our stay due to water coming from ceiling we noticed that infact all other room TVs where operating .

Je recommande ! Un emplacement au top.
Pros:

L’emplacement est parfait ! À quelques pas de la plage et très proche des restaurants, bars et commerces. Tout se fait facilement à pied, ce qui rend le séjour très agréable. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Cons:

Le prix est un peu élevé pour Majorque, même si l’emplacement compense en partie ce point.

Perfect place for families
Pros:

The location was perfect; Palmanova Beach was just a 3-minute walk away. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I’d like to give a special mention to Inma, who cleaned every day with a smile; Chef Aziz, who prepared special meals for our baby in the kitchen; and the guys at the bar, David and Sadna.
The room was excellent for a family with two children—comfortable and spacious. The food was very good with plenty of variety each day, although the breakfast was the same every morning.
The view from balcony is phenomenal.

Cons:

The furniture was a bit old and worn.
The elevators took a long time, especially in the morning. The entertainment team was excellent, though the activities for young children were the same every day. However, this didn't detract from my experience at all, as we really enjoyed ourselves.
