Cleanliness
6.5
Mixed feedback: several guests called rooms 'clean inside and out', but multiple reports of roaches, mold, carpet stains, smoking smells and missed housekeeping lowered this score.
Service
9.8
Consistently praised: staff described as friendly, helpful and responsive; many reviews cite exceptional front-desk service.
Location
8.4
Convenient location near Walmart, restaurants and the freeway; some guests noted the surrounding area feels slightly unsafe at night.
Room Quality
6.8
Mixed to negative: rooms described as outdated, worn furniture (sofas), awkward layouts, stains and occasional maintenance issues (windows, AC leaks).
Amenities
7.6
Breakfast and basic amenities are good, but guests noted broken ice machines, lack of modern in-room tech (streaming/charging) and variable housekeeping.
Value for Money
8.3
Generally seen as good value and well priced by many, though a few felt the older/motel-like condition didn't match price expectations.
Food and Beverage
9.2
Frequently highlighted as a strength: breakfast described repeatedly as 'great', 'excellent' and a solid buffet/simple offering.
Overall Experience
9
Overall positive experience driven by excellent staff and breakfast, but persistent cleanliness and room-condition issues temper the stay for some guests.

Comfortable bed
Pros:

The bed was the most comfortable. Room needs new sofa. Outdated and does not look clean. Had to call to get housekeeping to clean my room. That was the worst part of my stay.
