L'emplacement et la chambre
L'équipe réception et restaurant n'ont pas le même discours, à mon avis, le management est à revoir, j'ai demandé des sandwichs pour le lendemain matin car j'avais un long voyage, au restaurant on m'a confirmé qu'il n'y aurait pas de supplément à payer car cela fait parti du petit déjeuner et le lendemain matin, la dame très désagréable et qui me traite en plus de menteur, m'annonce qu'il faut payer un supplément, je trouve ça vraiment pas professionnel, c'est dommage, je devais retourner à Burgos, il est clair que je ne recommande pas et irez ailleurs.

Air conditioning was not working very well.

Fijne grote kamer. Prima ligging in het centrum Alles op loopafstand Uitgebreid ontbijt van goede kwaliteit wel wat prijzig (15 euro pp)
De airco functioneerde niet terwijl we het hadden uitgezocht omdat het >30 was Men zei dat hij het wel deed en dat het in alle kamers zo was Wel kregen we een fan.
Hele grote kamers en perfecte locatie om zo de oude binnenstad in te lopen. Ondanks dat we in de binnenstad zaten was het heerlijk stil s nachts.
Ik las in andere reviews dat het ontbijtbuffet niet zou worden aangevuld, maar daar was toen wij er waren geen sprake van, alles werd goed verzorgd en aangevuld.
De airco werkte niet en het was erg heet toen wij er waren. Verder goed om te weten: als je met de auto komt, moet je de laatste paar straten door voetgangersgebied. Je komt palen in de weg tegen en je moet op een knop drukken en het hotel noemen, dan kun je erdoor. Als je dit niet prettig vindt: vlakbij is interparking plaza de vega, ruim en ook goedkoper dan parkeren bij het hotel. Je moet dan wel 500 meter lopen. (Wij bleven er 2 nachten en hebben een rugzakje gepakt en de rest in de auto gelaten). Voor mensen met een elektrische auto: 5 minuten van centrum Burgos zit een hele goede Tesla supercharger (ook voor niet Tesla's). Sneller en kost de helft van opladen in het hotel.

4 stars hotel without air conditioning in 42-degree weather (Celsius). After multiple times asking to review the air conditioning they sent a portable fan to our room...what a joke...but they keep saying that nothing was wrong with it.
You may see the picture with a fan in front of the front desk and the doors wide open.
The room was very spacious but useless, small bathroom, no place to hung your towels, they have tea but no sugar…no coffee. Parking 20 euros a night. Remote control not working either.
Upon arrival we were approached by a couple that was extremely disappointed and they told us “don’t stay here it is awful”
The staff very insensitive never took responsibility or acknowledge the situation, like nothing was wrong.
Only the cleaning crew was nice (poor people working without air conditioning)

Vriendelijk onthaal.
Zeer centraal gelegen in de oude binnenstad, maar goed bereikbaar.
Wij konden onze fietsen in een afgesloten ruimte in de ondergrondse parking veilig wegbergen.
Ondanks de vele gasten in het restaurant werden we toch nog toegelaten én snel bediend. Het diner was overigens erg lekker. Grote waardering voor die flexibiliteit!

The hotel was very central. It was in the Pilgrim's hospital so was very historic and had been tastefully converted.
The hotel was quite difficult to find. Don't trust Google maps but follow the yellow tourist signs to El Chapitel. It is in a pedestrian zone. Be warned, the hotel car park is very tight indeed.

Al servicio de habitación se le olvidó servir toallas. Pero fueron repuestas en cuanto las pedí.

Los colchones podrían ser mejores pero lo que realmente no me gustó es que entra luz por todas partes: las ventanas aunque hay cortina blackout, debajo de la puerta, luz salida de emergencia, antiincendios...

El alojamiento está bien situado y la limpieza buena
Durante la estancia el primer día y sin previo aviso y disculpa por parte del hotel, inició un ruido infernal en piso superiores de martillo neumático a las 15 horas. Puesto en conocimiento con responsable de recepción no solo no pidió disculpas sino nos dijo que aguantásemos y si avisamos a la policía, no serviría pues no irían . Solicité presencia del Director hotel y nos dijo no estaba y que tampoco iba hacer nada
Solicitamos parara el ruido 1 hora para poder descansar ya estaba trabajando mi hija y precisaba un reposo, nada sirvió.
