Pros:

The hotel itself was a little cosmetically dated. However it was clean and the location is great. What made our stay amazing was the INCREDIBLE STAFF. EVERY SINGLE PERSON WE SAW WAS SO HAPPY AND FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL!! I do a lot of traveling and I can honestly say this is the best hotel experience Ive ever had. Could use some cosmetic updates tho. I plan to call the GM to let them know how wonderful and pleasant their staff is!!

Was next to elevator it was a bit loud when people was getting out and talking but not to bad. Still I would stay here again

Perfect place to stay for an extended weekend in Branson. Clean rooms and great breakfast.
Pros:

I loved the clean rooms, good breakfast, workout room, and staff were all amazing. The room had a fridge and microwave. Ice cold AC which is important.

Cons:

The hotel is a bit outdated. Not a huge issue though. This is why it was rated a 9/10 instead of 10

A very nice hotel.
Pros:

The gentleman handling the breakfast, he has great energy. He makes your day. The staff were very nice and helpful.

Cons:

The bed was way too soft, it hurt our backs. The breakfast buffet was skimpy, because there wasn't any variety. What I did have was good.

It was in a great location and would return for a stay
Pros:

Location great, food was typical for hotels that offer breakfast though a bit limited compared to other hotels in the area. Soap & shampoo were full, same with toilet paper

Cons:

Housekeeping didn't come in and refresh towels or dump the bins. I don't expect them to make out beds since we are adults but I still expect them to at least check the room
