Pros:

It was off the main street but close to what we planned on doing. The rooms were nice. The included breakfast was great, alot of choices. The pool/hot tub was nice. Could have bigger towels for pool area.

Cons:

The elevator could use some upgrades as well as the hallway carpets.

Good location, cheap, breakfast was good, but I’ll probably splurge for a newer building and better house keeping servic
Pros:

It was close to everything and the parking was free. The breakfast was pretty good, and the breakfast guy was memorable and amazing. We love him! There was a pool, which was nice.

Cons:

The bed was sooo uncomfortable to us. Also, we checked in on Tuesday, out on Friday, and our sheets weren’t changed our entire stay.. and our trash didn’t get picked up until Thursday or towels replaced and that was because we asked. Not the worst thing? But not great. We at least would’ve liked to come back from a full day to some made beds. Oh, and ONE elevator for the building so the wait for that was long. Building could use some updates.

Pros:

The hotel itself was a little cosmetically dated. However it was clean and the location is great. What made our stay amazing was the INCREDIBLE STAFF. EVERY SINGLE PERSON WE SAW WAS SO HAPPY AND FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL!! I do a lot of traveling and I can honestly say this is the best hotel experience Ive ever had. Could use some cosmetic updates tho. I plan to call the GM to let them know how wonderful and pleasant their staff is!!

Perfect place to stay for an extended weekend in Branson. Clean rooms and great breakfast.
Pros:

I loved the clean rooms, good breakfast, workout room, and staff were all amazing. The room had a fridge and microwave. Ice cold AC which is important.

Cons:

The hotel is a bit outdated. Not a huge issue though. This is why it was rated a 9/10 instead of 10

A very nice hotel.
Pros:

The gentleman handling the breakfast, he has great energy. He makes your day. The staff were very nice and helpful.

Cons:

The bed was way too soft, it hurt our backs. The breakfast buffet was skimpy, because there wasn't any variety. What I did have was good.
