Our stay was perfection. The staff was excellent and we really enjoyed the balcony in our room.

Party hotel, close to beaches, but not walkable. rooms need updating.

Right on the beach, with water front views from our balcony! Dj playing every day and hotel staff super attentive and helpful, offered recommendations and called taxi’s when needed

As a large group of girls we felt safe here - we ran into a few problems with our key cards and were reimbursed by reception for the inconvenience

Not the cleanest

Walkable distance to basically anywhere. Also nice clean room with beautiful views

Beautiful location right by the beach. It was comfortable. One issue though was the lighting in the hallway. It was very dark and made us feel unsafe.

BEDBUGS!!!
We only stayed here. I ended up with bites in straight lines that were itchy and swollen on my arms and legs which I sent pictures to the property. My friend had the same on their neck and face. The property stated they didn't see any signs of bedbugs and refused to offer any kind of refund for my pain and suffering. Stay here at your own risk - you've been warned!

This place was perfect for our group. There are 3 pools with different vibes. The sofa bed was reasonable for one person. The front desk will call a cab for you if needed. There are plenty of grocery stores and restaurants walkable, and it’s right down the street from Bossa beach if you’re doing a boat party. Highly recommend this place for 3 person capacity per room and easy access to everything!

It was a good overnight location. The pool area was very nice. The view was spectacular. The sleeping arrangements were fine. However the cleanliness and shabbiness of the bathroom was disappointing.

Front desk and staff rude. Housekeeping never cleaned our room, replaced shampoo or emptied trash although it’s in the price.

Rude front desk. Stay away.

Customer service needs improvement. We needed access to wifi to source the booking number, but the hotel couldnt give us a wifi password until we checked in - they should really offer a guest wifi password, especially as this hotel is not cheap. rooms are outdates, especially the bathrooms. Pool area is very pretty and view of the ocean is amazing.

Room didn’t get cleaned all week , pool music started at 9:30am,it would wake us up . Good sea views and good location

The pool was fantastic. The pool bar had good food and drinks. The view is fantastic. The rooms could have been a bit cleaner and updated, but overall the rooms were spacious and it was nice to have a partial kitchen.
