Clean, comfy bed. Great views from our room.
Bit of a hike to the centre of Queenstown but if you have a car no problem at all. We drove to the end of the hill and walked into Queenstown.
The food was not to MY taste
Wonderful location. Fantastic staff and so easy to park. Hands down the best views from any where I have ever stayed.

Hot water shower was great.
There were multiple stains and hairs on the carpet (Room 022 at Level 02), and the entire hotel smelled strongly of curry.
We paid to park our car in the front car park. On Saturday, 10 October, at approximately 9:30 am, a tour bus parked at the entrance road and blocked our vehicle. The driver had apparently disappeared to get food, leaving us unable to leave.
The front desk staff had no idea how to handle the situation. Instead of looking for the driver within the hotel, they attempted to search for and contact the owner of the bus company, which delayed us by around 30 minutes. As a result, we missed our booking at Onsen Hot Pools by 15mins. This was neither smart nor professional. The hotel should not have allowed the bus to park there and block paying guests' vehicles in the first place.
The staff were absolutely amazing, they went out of their way to ensure you were happy and comfortable. The view is nothing short of stunning! I especially enjoyed drinks and food in the lounge bar, the staff were amazing, the vibe was relaxing.
This was a very noisy hotel, the worst I have stayed in. I don't know if it was the guests or the building design but it was shocking. I was woken in the night twice, once by neighbors yelling and playing loud music. The second time by a crying baby. There was no insulation, when people walked along the corridor it was very noisy. It detracted from the overall experience. For this reason I would not stay here again.

We paid for the breakfast buffet but the breakfast was absolutely disgusting any worst and I’d believe it wouldn’t be safe for human consumption so we had to uber in town and pay for breakfast every day as the hotel’s breakfast was disgustingly bad also on the list of things in our room it was said smart tv once we arrived the tv wasn’t working couldn’t connect or do anything and we mentioned it to reception and they stated it’s just the way it is
