Bad breakfast and no working tv
Pros:

We had a Great Lake view

Cons:

We paid for the breakfast buffet but the breakfast was absolutely disgusting any worst and I’d believe it wouldn’t be safe for human consumption so we had to uber in town and pay for breakfast every day as the hotel’s breakfast was disgustingly bad also on the list of things in our room it was said smart tv once we arrived the tv wasn’t working couldn’t connect or do anything and we mentioned it to reception and they stated it’s just the way it is

Location of the hotel

Cons:

Very upsetting that we had to pay the parking
The time we came back to hotel there was no street parking available plus at the top of that location its very hard to walk that long. That was so upsetting paying for the hotel so much and than we had to pay for the parking.

Nice hotel with excellent views of Lake Whakatipu. Close to the town centre but its high up a hill.
Pros:

There’s a nice view from the restaurants

Cons:

Still pretty close to the town centre however the hotel is high up a hill so not an easy walk.
