Clean, comfortable and convenient.
Pros:

Our room with lake view was really good. The breakfast was good. The property is maintained to a good standard.

Cons:

The lift feels a bit old and tired. The carpet flooring and the wallpaper coverings on the walls in the room also look old and tired. Paying for parking each day was disappointing.

Pros:

Excellent facilities, friendly and helpful staff, clean, warm and safe. Great base for exploring Queenstown and surroundings. Everything was as hoped for or more. Definitely recommend.

Cons:

The room service menu could use a bit more variety, sanitary bins were not present in our bathroom.

The heater wasn't working, and toilet was not flushing and the sink was filling up to top and the water was getting stuck which was very annoying

The photos of the room showed clean, modern, and well-maintained facilities. However, the room we were allocated was quite dated, and the carpet was not clean. The actual condition of the room did not match the standard presented in the advertised photos.

Staff lovely, down stairs facility’s nice, food great however room out dated and room cleaning service not great

The restaurant food and downstairs lounge and fire

Cons:

Room was out dated, lamp stained and damaged, bathroom door old, service no towels on one day, no soap on arrival, noisy in hallway no keep quiet signs. No shuttle to town and had to pay for out door for parking on site and then again in town each time
