The breakfast buffet was nothing wow. Bit pricey for what you get. The view of our room was spectacular.
The shower leaked on both sides so our floors were wet and needed to have towels as bath mats to soak it up.

Rooms need refurb. Not the cleanest. Bathroom shower awful
Loved the view from bar & dining room and the food.
Loved the great service.
Room was a long way from lift exit.
The room is well organized, clean and comfortable.
Once there I was told those beautiful tables around the bar was not available simply because we were guests in the hotel, they were actually part of a separate service, so we could not use them. Also told that I could drink water from the bathroom sink, which does not sound like a "resort" experience at all (in my own house I have filtered water, so I would of course expect something better in a "resort"). There is no parking spots for quests, so we needed to park in the street.
One of the staffs not so accommodating, not friendly that makes me feel intimidated.
The View from the room and location
It’s bit old and need renovation
Best part was the beautiful lounge with view of the lake, staff was very attentive, hot tubs were great too
Not much
To sit on the toilet - you banged your head on the towel rack. It would have been nice to dry your hair in the bathroom - no power point in there to allow this. The staff in the restaurant were terrible. I got served a cheesecake when I ordered a lemon tart. They were pleasant - but actually had no idea on waiting on a table.
Views were nice
Room was in need of updating and was noisy
