It’s probably a good place if you are in a bus tour company.

Cons:

To sit on the toilet - you banged your head on the towel rack. It would have been nice to dry your hair in the bathroom - no power point in there to allow this. The staff in the restaurant were terrible. I got served a cheesecake when I ordered a lemon tart. They were pleasant - but actually had no idea on waiting on a table.

Meals were nice, very dated and in need of update, cracked vanity etc, just old

Cons:

Very noisy. We were located next to a lift which kept us awake all night.
Was also extremely dissappointed with price of room when enquiring to extend for a night.

Pros:

We had a up grade; the room was nice an roomy with 2 queen beds, and 2 comfortable arm chairs,with great view over lake to the Remarkables. bath room clean and tidy with plenty of room.

Cons:

we had a complementary breakfast, which could have been better, food cool and the bacon was not very nice

Basically it only has a good location and easy check in

The view and easy check in and check out.

Cons:

The Carpet in our room is not Clean and we have no free slippers at all, the breakfast sucks at first day we tried it and so many people in line that we got push in and some food gone and not yet restocked so we didn’t eat breakfast anymore the next day even though we paid already and the fact that the parking is not free and not included.

We had a great time in Queenstown and the view from our room was beautiful.
Pros:

Location was further out of town than expected and up a massive hill, though this added to the amazing view.

Cons:

Since it's such a cold climate, it would be great if the pool was heated.
Had to pay for an UBER ride everyday.

Great location, spacious unit, quiet and great pool area.
Pros:

Rooms are spacious, bed was comfy, shower great and the pool was very inviting. Breaky had a huge selection. Parking was easily accessible as its right at the front door. Location was great, we chose to taxi to town to avoid having to find parking downtown, or a nice walk into town. View was great w half lake and surrounding houses and the unit was quiet!

Enjoyed my stay at Mercure Queenstown. Nice location and lovely lake views.

The property is located in a nice and quiet area with lovely lake views. The staff are friendly and accomodating.

Cons:

The hotel is a bit outdated, the air-conditioning doesn’t seem to work well and the toilet and bathroom as well as the lifts needed upgrade.
