Enjoyed my stay at Mercure Queenstown. Nice location and lovely lake views.
Pros:

The property is located in a nice and quiet area with lovely lake views. The staff are friendly and accomodating.

Cons:

The hotel is a bit outdated, the air-conditioning doesn’t seem to work well and the toilet and bathroom as well as the lifts needed upgrade.

Pool is not that easy access. You still have to go through the reception to be able to go and use the pool or chill in the pool side.

Very enjoyable stay.
Pros:

Room was comfortable with fantastic views over the lake. Staff were extremely helpful and offered great advice about activities in the area.

Cons:

Charging for outdoor unsecured parking was disappointing. There is on-road parking directly next to the unsecured parking with no fee or time limit.

BEST VIEW IN QT!!
Pros:

The view was the BEST view in QT! We were blown away from the view from our Lakeside view, waking up to the STUNNING sunrise and watching the sunset was SO memorable. We also really LOVED the resort gym and the buffet breakfast was delicious.

Cons:

We thought perhaps the overall facilities looked a bit dated and the dinner was average.
