A little disappointing but convenient location.
Pros:

Great location amongst restaurants, bars and retail. Also two minutes walk to bus stop, five minutes to the jetty and two minutes to a patrolled beach. Adequate self catering facilities and clean kitchen. Linen and towelling was fresh and clean. Good communication re the booking.

Cons:

Quite dated property badly in need of room refurbishment. Bathroom mirrors corroded, tile sealing very ordinary. The bedside drawers and other set of drawers in the bedroom had ridiculous small pull openers and as the drawers were heavy they had all been broken thus rendering them unusable. Sliding glass door almost required two people to manhandle it open and shut. Basic cleanliness was good but some thorough cleaning of ensuite walls, kick boards and doors would be nice as well as attention to the corners of the drawers if you can get them open. Sliding door track needed cleaning. The pool never looked crystal clear and always contained leaf and seed debris. In fairness the pool area is surrounded by beautiful trees which would create a constant cleaning battle. The seperate spa need hold or grab rails to facilitate safe and easy entry and exit from the steps leading up to the spa.

Fabulous location, close to all facilities - especially food & drinks, room was large with pleasant outlook of pool but step in shower was a bit old with paint peeling of bottom, very close to safe swimming nets on beach. Thoroughly enjoyed!!

You are close to good bars and restaurants. There is a tour desk attached to the hotel to help plan day trips. The staff are friendly and the property is clean.

Beautiful
Pros:

Spacious room, excellent ceiling fan and A C. Comfy bed. Nice balcony with lounger. Lovely pool and jacuzzi. Bus stop right outside. Great food options. Lovely beach opposite. Quiet and peaceful.
