Its proximity to everything
More sea view options
Close to everything in Palm cove , the staff was absolutely lovely and very helpful
NA
Very close to the beach.
During the visit period, parking facilities were insufficient to accommodate guests, including ourselves.
Great central locality
We happened to stay on NYE
And the bar down stairs didn’t stop playing the doof doof to 5 AM which was a bit inconsiderate 🙄
Close proximity to everything. Lovely pool.
Our accommodation really needed a blind on the very large windows in the kitchen. We had to wear sunglasses inside the dining area when we were eating, reading , watching TV. The glare from the outside rooftops was awful!
Location was great
Nothing
Excellent location.
Loved the location of the accommodation and privacy of the pool. Walk out the door and straight onto the main street of Palm Cove, with the beach on the other side. Perfect!
Location close to beach and restaurants . nice pool area
Studio had no comfortable seating apart from the bed. Sat on cushions and pillows on the chairs
and sun lounger.
Excellent location and all the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable of the local area.
Great location. Simple, neat room with easy access to pool.
Air conditioning really struggled to cool, resulting in some restless nights. More like ‘serviced apartments’ than a resort (and the apartments weren’t serviced during our stay). Limited parking.
Not value for money
Really good location
The chemicals in the pool were so intense that they bleached two pairs of Togs, burnt your nostrils and eyes, and tarnished a silver braclet. I spoke to a male Team Member he said that this time of the year the chemical had to be that strong, I suggested they put up a sign to let others know he seemed really seemed disinterested no sign was placed up and we decided not to use these facilities as who knows what damage it could do to your skin. Don't quite understand using the hand basin as a sink, seems very unhygienic.
It wasn't too large so it was like a boutique resort. The pool, spa and BBQ area were great and all kept very clean. It was in a perfect location with beautiful vegetation surrounding the outdoor area.
The kitchen facilities were very basic with no sink so dishes had to be washed in the bathroom.
