We would not stay here again also it was very windy every day
Pros:

Close to the beach and restaurants

Cons:

Stayed 6 nights and no service the noise at night and the morning was terrible and when sitting by the pool a refrigerated truck parked just over the fence with its engine running for long periods of time

More like a hostel than a hotel
Pros:

Location is good right on the beach in palm Cove.

Cons:

Bed was terribly uncomfortable. Lift only went to 2nd floor but we were on 3rd floor which meant lugging 8 bags down a corridor and up two flights of stairs. With no help available.
Property is pretty sparse but functional. I didn't like the tone of the notices everywhere threatening to fine 'clients' for rule breaches like not emptying bins.

Felt like a hostel more than a hotel.

Great place to relax and enjoy Palm Cove
Pros:

Location great for beach restaurants, bus. Pool, comfy beds, good sized room. Friendly staff.

Excellent location close to beach and restaurants and great layout for adjoining rooms. Easy parking.

Cons:

The rooms were musty smelling and very tired and not as clean as we would expect. The pool was not maintained and full of leaves. Staff were not around at check in at 2:30pm during office hours. We got a message at 1:45pm to say our room was ready and to check in before 3:30pm, and when we went out of our way to get there so we wern't after hours, they wern't there and had to do after hours check in anyway. Staff were not there again at checkout.

Gute Lage direkt an der Promenade, suffiziente Klimaanlage, Tiefgarage mit ausreichend Stellplätzen

Cons:

Sehr ungünstiges Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Das Zimmer war sehr dunkel und abgewohnt, insbesondere das Bad. An mehreren Stellen waren noch Haare vom vorherigen Gast zu finden, viele Ecken wirkten schmutzig. Der SPA-Bereich und der Pool waren während des gesamten Aufenthaltes gesperrt, hierfür gab es keine Kompensation. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen

Room wasn't as the pictures I saw when booking. Paid extra for kitchenette and couch and received neither. Asked at desk and was told that the pictures are not always correct. Asked for 2 comfortable chairs or a couch....not available

Perfectly situated for beach, walks, and easy access to bars & restaurants.

Cons:

Room was a bit tired. Some attention to the paint work would be good. The spa was taped off and left a very unappealing feeling at the poolside.
