Hôtel à recommander mais accueil réception à améliorer !

Les équipements étaient dignes d’un 4*, grand choix au petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Le personnel à la réception est malheureusement ce que je n’ai pas aimé dans cet hôtel. Et c’est le premier contact et la première impression…
Nous sommes arrivées (après avoir tenté de nous enregistrer vers 11h ) à 15h pile au changement de personnel. Les 2 femmes qui avaient fini leurs services étaient pressées de passer la main à leurs collègues. Aucun sourire, aucune volonté de nous accueillir. Et les 2 personnes suivantes étaient débordées avec 4 clients attendant de faire leur Check in. Aucune explication, pas d’horaire de petit dej, de piscine, et autres équipements de l’hôtel.
Le reste du personnel est plus efficace heureusement !
Dommage pour la réception car l’hôtel est vraiment top.

Bastante bien
Pros:

Destacar el trato tan bueno por parte de recepción y cocina y también destacar el buen desayuno y almuerzo aunque algo elevado de precio, lo demás como decía muy bien, gimnasio, mini spa, sala de reuniones etc.

Cons:

Lo negativo sería el parking lo dejamos varios días, sale 16€ y es un parking muy, muy pequeño para un coche medianamente grande como el nuestro es complicado aparcar, intenta aparcar en primera planta si hay sitio.
