Nice Hotel
Pros:

Lovely clean hotel. Good breakfast. Polite staff. Comfy beds.
Bus stop close by

Cons:

We requested 2 rooms close together when booking. At check in one of our rooms wasnt ready until 4.30. Hotel offered a room 2 floors away which was no use to us as a family, so we waited until the room was ready. A bit disappointing.
Location a bit far from centre and attractions. Either 15-20 walk or bus ride.
Bathroom doors are opaque glass with no lock.
Bath with shower, would have preferred a walk in shower.

Pros:

Modernes Hotel in zentraler Lage nur 15-20 Minuten zu Fuß ins Herz von Alicante. Sehr gutes Frühstück, Bar lange geöffnet. Pool am Dach.

Cons:

Unsere Suite lag mit der Fensterfront zur Hauptstraße - und leider scheint man in diesem Hotel von Lärmschutz-Fenstern noch nichts gehört zu haben. Es war leider ab 5 Uhr morgens sehr sehr laut. Die Hotelgarage ist nur etwas für Rangier-Artisten, unglaublich eng, verbaut und ein Albtraum mit einem Mietwagen, der größer als ein Smart ist. Wir wechselten zur Schonung unserer Nerven nach 3 Tagen in eine billigere und viel großzügigere Tiefgarage in unmittelbarer Hotelnähe.

czystość, bardzo gorąca woda pod prysznicem

Cons:

wyposażenie pokoju ma swoje lata… wykończenia tapet wokół okien dramat, meble pouszkadzane, wykonczenie pod umywalką w lazience tragiczne (zauważone przez przypadek), budowa za oknem od godz. 7:00

Pros:

Overall, the stay was quite pleasant – the room was clean, the atmosphere was nice. However, there were a few aspects that could be improved.

Cons:

Upon arrival, even though we came after the stated check-in time, we were informed that the room was not yet ready and had to wait an additional 30–40 minutes, making the total delay around one hour past the official check-in time. While this can happen, the handling of the situation felt somewhat lacking – we were simply asked to wait, without any small gestures of hospitality that could have made the delay more comfortable.

Additionally, the hotel, especially the spa area, feels outdated and could benefit from renovation.
