The hotel was very clean and well put together

Cons:

When I first arrived I had ordered a supreme room with a kitchen but when I arrived it wasn’t none available then when I was leaving, I had to wait for my ride and then and they was trying to lowkey rush me out

I only booked this hotel for the hot tub. It was very noisy late at night, didn't get a lot of sleep
Pros:

I liked the hot tub and the bed was very comfortable. There was a lady at the pool with her kids and they were really rowdy and splashing so that was kinda terrible though.

Cons:

The echo from the front desk was very loud. It was after midnight and I could hear the front desk clerk talking very loudly with someone in the lobby repeatedly. I also could hear them going through a locked door near the elevators after midnight many times and it was a very loud door. I had to go down to the front desk after I tried calling 2 times with no answer. The room next door had someone playing music really loud after midnight. That took 2 tries to get that to stop!
It was a rough night for sure!

The hotel in general it was good but they should improve some things.

Cons:

It was impossible to sleep on the sofa bed; it was too hard, and you could feel the wood frame. Breakfast was good, but the person in charge spent the whole time on their phone instead of checking to make sure everything was stocked.

Pros:

Well the night we stayed there was a couple next to us who the lady was screaming at the guy for at least 2 hrs. Kept us up all night. Called front desk . They finally asked them to leave.
I wanted a refund but was told no at the time. Took my name and number for the manager to contact me , who never did call me about it.
We will never stay there again. And we are planning a trip to the Zoo with grandkids. We will stay somewhere else.
This was supposed to go in what I didn't like.

Pros:

Mike at the front desk was exceptional.I had reserved a handicap room with walk in shower and had gotten atub with shower chair.He was so accomidating and easily moved us to another room with walk in shower.The only thing i would suggest for your handicap rooms is the possibility of a lower bed for those that can only transfer from w/c to bed.Otherwise our stay was great.

Disappointed with stay
Pros:

Pool and hot tub were nice. Convenient location off the highway

Cons:

Room was falling apart. Bathroom door knob was broken and didn't close, obvious water damage in the bathroom with loose tiles. Dresser drawer knobs unscrewed. A/c unit was loud but functional. Ants in the room. Very close to the airport as planes were flying overhead all night. Also have to request towel from the front desk which is annoying as they didn't have a way to notify them that you were waiting.
