Pros:

Breakfast was a good combination of hot and cold options. Two kinds of yogurt is nice. The breakfast room was very clean. The shower was great - loved the sliding, step in style. Lots of space in the room was very nice. Great bed.

Cons:

Would like more options of tea - there was only one caffeinated tea offered.

Good location, clean, and great staff. Beds and pillows were a disappointment.
Pros:

Staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay.

Cons:

The beds were very firm, making them uncomfortable. Pillows were very poor. Either a brick or way too soft, depending on which on you used.

The front staff you have at this hotel is great! Both of the ladies we interacted with were very helpful and friendly. We didn't realize that our room would not be cleaned on a daily basis, but your policy was explained to us and fresh towels and more coffee pods were provided. The breakfast is pretty generic. There was no yogurt, which was missed. The room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

There was a line for the waffles. Two waffle irons would fix that. Something for those of us watching our calories like bananas or yogart would be nice.
A heads up about no room cleaning would also be appreciated.
