Overall our stay was relaxing, nice, and great.
Pros:

The breakfast was fresh, and the room and everything were great. The staff was really good. The pool and hot tub were clean and nice. My family and I had a nice time and will be staying again. Highly recommend.

Cons:

There wasn't anything that we didn't like.

The room was wonderful! It was spacious and very clean.

Cons:

The morning front desk person was not super helpful. She was away from the desk for quite awhile, and another customer had to holler out to get her attention.

Nice hotel
Pros:

Our group stayed at this hotel for two nights while on a bus tour. Check-in was easy. The rooms were quiet. The bathroom was huge.

The first night of our stay the breakfast area was well stocked with various items. The next time we stayed (10 days later), there wasn't much to choose from.

There was absolutely zero times spent at this hotel so that’s why I’m giving it absolutely zero star review
Cons:

I never even got to check into this property. I called the desk and tried to reset the check-in date myself to just one day later and nobody ever answered and I haven’t even gotten a refund on this yet. I need a refund to my immediate payment method immediately I did my best as a customer to call and get the check-in time changed. It’s not my fault that nobody answered and that the app I used to book the room wouldn’t let me do it either.
