Convenient hotel short walk down to the falls, near shops, with parking, unglamorous but does the job.
Pros:

Well located to walk down to the falls and back up quite a steep hill. Good parking facilities beside hotel .

Cons:

The carpet didn’t feel very clean , and the room felt tired. It felt quite functional, but we didn’t mind because we were there to go to the falls , not to get a luxury hotel.

Well get the same hotel when we revisit Niagara
Pros:

Location very convenient with those who do not have a car. Our.room is facing the skylon tower and and we can see the fireworks from the balcony. The hotel is quiet too. Very convenient if u take the We Go Bus.

Cons:

No idea....we were satisfied.

I would come back here. I can would just wait until or the updates are completed
Pros:

It was within walking distance to the falls as well as food options. The staff was very friendly. The beds were comfortable the rooms and everything that were needed for a quick trip.

Cons:

It is dated and needs updates, which are being done. Our balcony was not in inviting space to sit on, there were drawings on the wall, cigarette butts on the ground multiple cobwebs. Our room had multiple drawings throughout the room, where staff we’re unable to get them off of the walls and furniture.
Parking was a bit of a nightmare, the hotel charges 25 CAD, however you are sharing the lot with a public lot which is cheaper per day. I would of been better off using the public lot since I was already parking in it.
