I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent stay at your resort. Unfortunately, the experience was far from what was advertised.

The photos used on your website and booking platforms were highly misleading. In reality, the resort’s facilities were extremely poor—far below the basic expectations for comfort or quality. Additionally, the price I paid was significantly overpriced compared to the level of service and amenities provided.

From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the resort lacked proper maintenance, cleanliness, and guest care. This was not the relaxing or enjoyable experience I had hoped for, and I feel that I was misled both visually and financially.

I strongly urge you to review the accuracy of the images and descriptions used in your promotions, as well as reconsider your pricing given the current condition of your property.

Very disappointing
Pros:

Most of the staff friendly and helpful

Cons:

The sound proofing between the bedrooms needs vast improvement.
The dinner was mediocre.
It is shocking that wine cannot be bought by the glass in the restaurant.
There is nowhere to get anything to eat between closing the beach bar and the opening of the dining room. One experience of the dinner was enough.

Incredibly comfortable and great location for us
Pros:

We left the location. It was remote but close enough to town. It is a classic hotel and settle into a beautiful natural area.

Cons:

The smoking and wish we they had a complimentary shuttle to town.

Disgrace and Sadness, on how bad anyone can be treated as a Human Being, and more, as a Paying Guest

The service and attention of Food and Beverage staff

Cons:

Another sample of how a perfect location in Italy is destroy by the neurotic, hate, frustration and miseducation of local staff towards guests and visitors. If we follow the rules and not any kind of humanity, which is what you encountered on this property; why would you pay for 1. not having hot water which does not work, 2. Air conditioning not functioning, 3. Non respect of the room rate pricing and conditions contracted, not respect booking.com or any contracted services, 4. Having paid Personnel, actively dedicated to hurt and look around of any excuses to demonstrate mean behaviors ( Lifeguards and Receptionists ) 5. In terms of "rules" why would you call this Hotel a Four Star Hotel while you have not any room service and also at night, so is a 3 Stars at least. I think the local authorities and Regione Sardegna should be on top of this and check. Such a disgrace when you pay for a vacation and local hotel staff just spend time and effort to disrupt and destroy your peace out of their own frustration and bad behaviors. We lost any sense of Hospitality.

De kamer werd aangeboden voor drie personen, maar was niet voorzien op die derde. Een extra bed werd bij in een tweepersoonskamer gezet en deze was niet ruim genoeg voor drie.
Bij buffet-Sardinië werd gezegd dat drank inbegrepen was, dit bleek achteraf niet het geval,

Excellent resort with amazing beach
Pros:

Excellent location, great view over the bay from our balcony. Pure golden sand beach with crystal clear water. Very friendly staff. Fresh beach towels every day. We booked a massage which was amazing.

Cons:

Breakfast although has a lot of options, could be better organized. We noticed fruit flies over cut fruits which could be avoided. At dinner we were served a frozen dessert, although they politely took it back and didn't charge for.

Amazing beach and sunrise .....
Pros:

I would give it 9,if we had no issues with the breakfast.The breakfast is the downfall of the hotel.but after we did complain about the problem the brilliant staff at the hotel tried their best to sort it out.

We had a seaview room with the most beautiful sunrise and sunset.the private beach is wonderful.

The size of the rooms are very small.

Pros:

Das Hotel gehört zweifellos zu den besten und entspanntesten Hotels in denen wir waren. Die Lage ist grandios, wir hatten zuerst ein Zimmer mit "Gartenblick" gebucht, das sich leider als etwas zu laut herausgestellt hat (morgens haben wir die Lieferanten gehört, wir schlafen allerdings gerne mit geöffnetem Fenster/Balkontür). Auf Anfrage konnten wir das Zimmer wechseln, es war zwar etwas kleiner, aber mit Meerblick und wunderbar ruhig. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten nur Frühstück gebucht, daher können wir auch nur das bewerten: gute Qualität und viel Auswahl, auch frisches Obst. Eine Omlettstation wäre toll gewesen, aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt mit einem wunderbaren Strand direkt vor dem Hotel. Wir waren am Ende der Saison dort, das Hotel war trotzdem fast ausgebucht.

Cons:

Leider waren die Pool Öffnungszeiten etwas begrenzt, lag vermutlich daran, dass es am Ende der Saison war. Trotzdem wäre eine etwas frühere Öffnung nett gewesen (es soll ja Menschen geben, die gerne vor dem Frühstück noch gerne eine Runde schwimmen gehen :-))

Uroczy hotel na uboczu Alghero -bardzo dobra cena do jakości i dobry wybór dla osób z autem i rodzin
Pros:

Pokój standardowy - całkiem przestronny z balkonem. Wygodne łóżko, klimatyzacja działała, na życzenie świeże ręczniki. Codzienne sprzątanie było rzetelne i było względnie czysto jak na obiekt z tych lat. Widok ładny. Poprosiliśmy o cichy opokój i taki też dostaliśmy na końcu skrzydła. Mimo że widok miał być na ogród to jednak z naszego pokouj było również widać zatokę co było dodatkowym plusem. Prywatna plaża z pięknym piaskiem była bardzo dużym atutem. W pierwszej połowie października było słonecznie, a woda była dostatecznie ciepła żeby się wykąpać.

Cons:

Śniadania mogłyby być szybciej o pół godziny. Mały plac zabaw
