Obiekt świetnie zlokalizowany na samym wybrzeżu z własną piaszczystą plaża . Świetna obsługa w recepcji.

Posto incantevole, meraviglioso sul mare. Posizione dove si respira quiete e assoluta pace. Alghero dista 20 minuti dalla struttura. Pulizia impeccabile con staff gentilissimi.

Cons:

Ristorante con piatti buonissimi ma veramente troppo cari. Non si può pagare un piatto di spaghetti aglio e olio 20 euro.

Cadre magnifique, mais quelques déceptions.
Pros:

J’ai passé un très agréable séjour dans cet hôtel. Son emplacement est exceptionnel, face à une mer magnifique, offrant un cadre reposant et une vue splendide. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables, avec un vrai plus pour celles situées au rez-de-chaussée, qui permettent un accès direct à la plage.

Le petit-déjeuner est varié et de très bonne qualité, idéal pour bien commencer la journée. Enfin, le personnel est particulièrement sympathique, accueillant et attentif au bien-être des clients. Une adresse que je recommande sans hésitation pour profiter d’un séjour agréable en bord de mer.

Cons:

Quelques points mériteraient toutefois d’être améliorés pour rendre le séjour plus agréable. J’ai été déçue de constater que la chambre ne disposait ni de bouilloire avec café ou thé, ni de bouteille ou carafe d’eau, des attentions pourtant appréciables dans ce type d’établissement.

La propreté pourrait également être davantage soignée : beaucoup de poussière sous les lits, un linge de toilette qui ne semblait pas toujours parfaitement propre et qui n’a pas été remplacé systématiquement. J’ai aussi regretté l’absence de housse de couette, ce qui n’était pas très agréable en termes de confort.

Enfin, j’ai été surprise de découvrir une plage qui n’était pas nettoyée à mon arrivée, alors qu’elle l’était à mon départ. Cela a donné l’impression d’un manque de préparation pour accueillir les premiers clients après la fermeture de l’hôtel la semaine précédente. Ces quelques améliorations permettraient de rendre l’expérience pleinement satisfaisante.

From the first moment I stepped into this hotel, I was amazed. Young girl that works at reception was so kind and polite, very proffesional during check with best English I ever heard in Italian hotels. My room was in quiet area, looking at pines. But the best part of my stay was the private beach. So clean, water color is out of this world, I didn't even need to go to pool area. 10/10 score for Dei Pini 🤗

The sound proofing between the bedrooms needs vast improvement.
The dinner was mediocre.
It is shocking that wine cannot be bought by the glass in the restaurant.
There is nowhere to get anything to eat between closing the beach bar and the opening of the dining room. One experience of the dinner was enough.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent stay at your resort. Unfortunately, the experience was far from what was advertised.

The photos used on your website and booking platforms were highly misleading. In reality, the resort’s facilities were extremely poor—far below the basic expectations for comfort or quality. Additionally, the price I paid was significantly overpriced compared to the level of service and amenities provided.

From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the resort lacked proper maintenance, cleanliness, and guest care. This was not the relaxing or enjoyable experience I had hoped for, and I feel that I was misled both visually and financially.

I strongly urge you to review the accuracy of the images and descriptions used in your promotions, as well as reconsider your pricing given the current condition of your property.
