Everything..Location ideal because it was right on the motorway & it allowed me to zip down to Carlisle etc for the Hadrians Wall etc..Plenty on convenience stores near the hotel too.

Basic hotel room suitable for a one night stopover. The room was clean and large enough. Shower worked well.

Next to services so easy access for food etc. decent amount of car parking space and staff were very friendly and helpful on arrive al and leaving especially when needed more tea/milk sachets! Also gave us the extra pillows we requested as needed for health reasons so was grateful for that.
Room was at far end of a long corridor and was a struggle for husband with him being disabled/ mobility reduced.
Noisy neighbours but that’s not the staffs fault - some people just like to bang doors!
