Pros:

Lovely receptionist who changed my room for one with a bath at my request. Room was spacious, everything worked as it should and bed was comfortable.

Cons:

I don't think there should be a charge for parking considering the location is at a motorway services! I booked on bookings.com and was surprised to be asked to pay £5 more upon arrival. Be upfront with the price!!

Good location; comfortable.
Pros:

Breakfast was fine but the only option was cooked. I I would have preferred continental.

Cons:

Include parking in the overnight price. I would have preferred to pay £5 on the room rate rather than have it as an extra.

Comfortable & clean.
Pros:

Convenient place to break a long journey.

Cons:

Given that it is a Motorway hotel, and you would not get there without transport, I find it galling to be charged for overnight parking. How to p*ss people off.

Very friendly helpful staff, room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was over at local services but wasn’t an issue for us and the food was fresh and very good

Good stopover
Pros:

Ideally situated just off Motorway. Perfect for anyone travelling with dogs, plenty of grass for last evening and morning toilet break. Pick up after your pet's obviously.
Clean room, tea/ coffee provided, towels and shower gel etc. Next door to your usual services outlets etc. Nothing to dislike.

Very basic, bed really uncomfortable, lumpy pillows £70 + £5.00 for parking. Not worth the money.

Did not like anything.

Cons:

Everything including the price and parking has to pay even though I had a blue badge because there was no choice.
