Good nights sleep was had girls on the front desk were lovely too and really helpful
Pros:

Location great for onward travel

It was red hot inside the building and room could have done with a fan but was ok with windows open

Pros:

Great location, room and facilities exactly what's needed when travelling. Check in swift and friendly. Room clean and comfortable. Parking right outside the door. No traffic noise from the nearby motorway.

Cleanliness was ok, breakfast was poor and overall we didn’t feel we got value for money
Pros:

We liked the cleanliness of the room, the location and how easy the location was for us to get to. We also like that it was next to a service area so had shops and places to get a decent coffee.

Cons:

The member of staff on reception when we arrived was very blunt and did not make us feel welcome. The quality of the breakfast was poor and it was just thrown on the plate. The additional cost for the breakfast wasn’t expensive but even then it wasn’t worth the extra. We also didn’t appreciate the extra £5 charge for parking which we were not aware of until we arrived. Left feeling a bit disappointed.

good for the amount paid as a one night stop over on way home, would not have used as a bath
Pros:

Room was comfortable and spacious
bed was comfy with plenty of pillows and duvet
Good tea and coffee selection

Cons:

bathroom was dated, bath was stained and an odd shape to stand in to shower (narrow sloped base)

Recomend you book taxis in advance they are very busy and there is none on site at gretna train station apart from that fantastic stay 👍

Pros:

Availability and price, receptionist was very helpful with my enquiries.

Cons:

I have to sleep with a Cpap machine for sleep apnea, there are no power sockets next to the bed to plug into to power it i had to buy an extension to power the unit.

Slept like a baby - quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Lots of space in room and very clean,

All on one level, close enough to walk to services and quiet considering its location.
