Disappointing
Pros:

Nothing stood out.

Cons:

Receptionist rude and didn't even look up to greet us. Just mumbled have you booked a room. I also think it disgusting to have paid nearly £100 for the night then on arrival be charged a further £5 for the privilege of parking at the hotel! Even though booking confirmation said no further charges were needed. I booked a family room because I was told I would get a bath in it. The room I was allocated had only a shower. After an 9 hour journey I was very disappointed overall with the stay. I will probably use Travelodge next time.

Nice n clean,smelt clean fresh not musty like a lot of hotels

Cons:

£97 for the room yeep that's ok,then had to pay for parking,,that's a bit of a cheek

Die Lage des Hotels ist für Autofahrer leicht zu erreichen und für einen Zwischenstop super.
Pros:

Das Frühstück erhielt man von Hello Breakfast. Da es sich um ein englisches Frühstück handelte, war für mich als Vegetarier kaum Auswahl vorhanden. Besser wäre, wenn man selbst entscheiden könnte, was man zum Frühstück haben möchte.

Cons:

Das Zimmer hat stark nach Zigarettenrauch gerochen, was ich als extrem unangenehm empfunden habe.

Easy to get to off the motorway. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

Strange strong smell wafting around the corridor outside room, like someone had left a takeaway to rot. Informed staff just in case somebody had left something awful for staff to clean up.

Highly recommend for a decent stay backed by friendly and attentive staff.
Pros:

It was surprisingly quiet, which was wonderful. It was spotlessly clean and everything was in good shape. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful - from the receptionist I called to say I’d be later than planned to the night receptionist and the housekeeper the next morning with my case as the drive had left me with an aching back and knee!

Nice layout, coffee, tea, milk and there's was a fan left in the room which was a bonus .
It was comfortable and clean .
