Disappointing but comfortable. May return after you're finished updating.
Pros:

Breakfast The pancake was a hit.
The pool was closed.

Cons:

Breakfast. The bacon was overly crispy. The potatoes and the eggs was dry and cold. The furniture in room 303 was old, and damaged. The ceiling over the shower was patched.

A nice night's stay

There's a musty smell throughout the hotel and the pool was closed.

People were great, facilities is not so much.
Pros:

Trying to do upgrades. Location was good. Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The unit that held the refrigerator, the wood was rotten; it leaned to one side.
The table leg was broken. It almost fell when I put my stuff on it.
Surface clean ok. But the big one for me was under the bed, it had a cup, 2 old water bottles, dust, and cups under there. Stated it had a pool, but it was down for construction. (Not a big deal for this trip)

Cons:

The elevator was extremely slow, the pool was out of service, the hallways were HOT, and on two occasions my key card didn't work & had to be rescanned..

Pleasant multiple night stay
Pros:

The location was convenient and allowed us easy access to the highway and our planned destinations. Staff were very pleasant.

Cons:

The hotel was clean but needs interior renovations badly. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls throughout the building; the ceiling, floor, and vanity in our bathroom were cracked; the furniture showed a lot of wear. The latch on our door kept sticking in the open position so we would have to adjust it to get it to close and lock properly.

Pros:

Location waa grear. Plenty of restaurants nearby as well as a casino. Staff was great.

Cons:

Pool was closed, hole in ceiling in the bathroom of our room and entertainment center in our was badly damaged. Our mini fridge had a seal hanging from the bottom but it worked.

Terrible management. Some nice workers
Pros:

I was cut open due to hotel negligence on a sharp closet shelf . Brought it to hotels attention and never even offered me a bandaid or fixed the hazardous sharp shelf in the room . Upon checkout we were rushed and told we were going to be charged a late fee, even though we had to wait at the elevators for over 15 minutes becuase their was active construction that took over the elevator.
