Staff Matter!!
Pros:

The building is tired. But the staff more than compensate. I became ill Christmas Day and the staff went above and beyond to assist on many levels. Special thanks toJoshua. As an elderly female solo traveller this was very much appreciated

I enjoyed my stay at Protea Hotel North Wharf. I'll be back!
Pros:

The apartment I rented was comfortable and ultra-convenient. I made good use of both the microwave and the washing machine. The bed was divine!

The staff working at Protea North Wharf were excellent, too. Everyone was cheerful and ever-ready to help.

Cons:

- The room I was assigned was located right next to the elevator and the area where the cleaners' carts were stored. This created quite a bit of noise.
- On the last day, there was no hot water.

Très bon sejour
Pros:

L’appartement était spacieux et confortable, lumineux et très propre. L’hôtel Protea North Warf se trouve a 15 min à pieds du Waterfront, lieu de multiples activités, shopping et très bons restos.
Le personnel de l’hôtel est très gentil et disponible. Petit déjeuner abondante et variée.
Un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel

Cons:

Malheureusement le resto de l’hôtel est fermé le soir.

A bit of a disappointment.
Pros:

Great location.
The staff in the restaurant were fantastic. The breakfast was very good. Lots of options.
The apartment was a good size and very comfortable.

Cons:

My rooms looked out was over a building site that was noisy from early until around 6pm.
Very disappointing as it would have made the stay much better with a better outlook and less noise.
The restaurant closed at 6 so no dinner option available which I’m sure was available when I booked.
As a solo traveler I always book a hotel with a restaurant available for dinner.
