We had a great time! Thank you!
Pros:

Hot Springs were awesome! It was super easy to get to them and I loved that they were open 24 hours! Also the cafe was amazing -- such quality food for such low prices!

Cons:

Nothing really bad -- the room key machine had some issues and our first key stopped working.

Pros:

That was like it I wish the water was a little hotter in one of the tubs but it was good usually we stay in the lower one but we stayed in the upper one is very good

What are the tubs needed to be released 2° hotter so that you can really heat one up and then cool off in one of the other tubs

Stay for the hot springs, not the rooms.
Pros:

Hot springs were great and liked the size of the rooms, however as many others have stated the rooms are old and haven’t been remodeled in years.

Cons:

Old rooms with TV’s not working in one of the two rooms I stayed in.

The hotel itself is fine. Pools are great but was cold in some of them- at least two we didn’t use at all.

An excellent resort for relaxation and wellness. Mineral pools with therapeutic water at various comfortable temperatures. A place for complete relaxation and health benefits. The rooms have comfortable beds and clean linens.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our stay at the hotel on the first night, December 17, 2025, was significantly marred by excessive noise from a group of people in the swimming pool late in the evening after 11:00 PM. The noise then continued until 5 AM from the patio of one of the rooms.
We contacted the reception and hotel staff twice, but the problem was not resolved.
This situation negatively affected our vacation; the night was terrible, and we could not sleep.
On December 18, 2025, at 8 AM, we contacted the reception again to complain, and we were offered a different hotel for the second night.

The crew was funny, polite, accommodating and just had great people skills. I loved the pools but not the hotel room.
Pros:

The pools were amazing! Never really crowded even for a holiday weekend. The varied temperatures made pool hopping fun for the kids and the staff had amazing customer service! I would visit (not stay) just for the customer service and pools

Cons:

The patio door sliding door shook so loudly and regularly throughout the day and night that it felt like mini earthquakes and.or someone trying breaking in. It was so jarring that it scared us awake every night and our kids ultimately ended up sleeping in our bed. We wanted to switch hotels but because we already paid in full it was non refundable.

Also there were multiple ‘crunchy or hard’ spots on the carpet that were unidentifiable and you didn’t know there were there until you stepped on it. Very gross feeling
