the lighting of the room is poor, carpet seemed dirty. tv was not smart, difficulty in using the air conditioner

The staff were really friendly. Location was really good to visit all the sites with great transport links. Breakfast was great. The room size was good for 2 people with private bathroom. Bedroom has air con/heating. Hotel has lift. Simple & Basic. Loved the history around the hotel, our room looked out over the old hospital.
The carpet in bedroom was really dirty. It really let the room down. Whilst the hotel is simple & basic - the carpets need to be replaced.

Las instalaciones en general muy bien, la cama era muy confortable y zona tranquila para descansar sin problema. Entrada de metro relativamente cerca. En este caso no desayunamos en el establecimiento. La amabilidad de los recepcionistas era excelente.
Mejoraría la instalación referente a las duchas, es uno de los servicios que se usan más frecuentemente y tener un mejor aspecto visual considero que premia en las calificaciones de la estancia.
Erlag sehr Central und war modern und Personl war sehr freundlich. Frühstück war okay, wennman Wunsch hatte wurde dem nach gegangen.

Die Lage ist sehr günstig, mehrere Buslinien direkt vor der Tür und in der Nähe. Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, alles sauber, Betten bequem.
Fenster waren leider nicht zu öffnen, es gab zur Lüftung nur die Klimaanlage.
Bon emplacement. Le rapport qualité prix était vraiment top.
