Location was perfect and decent size room.

Cons:

No bathroom door, we travelled with friends so was a bit difficult getting out of the shower with no privacy.

Rooms were quite dusty, could see the dust floating around the ceiling due to the colour of the walls and ceiling, and could see dust settled on surfaces. Tea and coffee draw was half empty and messy and the coffee cups hadn’t been cleaned and were sticky. No rubbish area that we could find, they would clean the room each day but leave behind obvious rubbish that we had left for them.

Fine for a quick overnight but i would not want to stay here for more than one night.
Pros:

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

So dark and not in a great side of the city. Would not feel safe here at night. The pool is in another building and requires going up and down many sets of stairs. Not accessible for anyone in a wheelchair or that struggles with stairs.

Comfy and convenient
Pros:

Staff were lovely and helpful. Hotel is an easy walk to cbd and southbank. Very convenient. Room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The bathroom configuration. There was no door to the bathroom itself. There was a door to the shower and toilet, but otherwise it was open. No privacy when dressing after showering, which could be uncomfortable if sharing a room.
