Beautiful, boutique accom in the middle of Brisbane CBD
Pros:

Décor is outstanding - loved the wall art throughout the hotel. Very comfy beds and cosy rooms that are beautifully styled. Fantastic Japanese infused restaurant / bar downstairs for lunch & dinner. Continental breakfast was fantastic.

Perfect location, wonderful staff - a truly amazing stay!
Pros:

Everything about the property was outstanding from the moment we checked in and were offered early check in to the bar for a drink of an afternoon listening to live music. The location was perfect close to everything we needed and walking distance to the football! The rooms were so comfortable I wish we could stay longer.

Cons:

I didn't want to leave!

Excellent location, everything we needed
Pros:

The property was centrally located, a short walk from the main shopping and also the Roma St Station
The sound proofing on the room was excellent
The reception staff were flat out (Magic Round weekend) but were very helpful.
The shower was awesome!

Cons:

Somehow our room didn’t get serviced

The only thing lacking was on-site laundry facilities. You can pay to send it out, but I’d prefer the cheaper option!

Pros:

The location is great and the room is comfortable and reasonably clean and well kept.

Cons:

The exhaust fans in the shower / toilet cubicle are a little dirty and leave a musty or moldy smell in these areas. Housekeeping also arrived at 8.45AM and entered the room without knocking on one morning which was a bit of a shock and disruptive.

Location and room were fantastic, lots of colour and it had every we needed for our 1 night stay.
Pros:

We both loved the pillows they were soft and huge. easy walk to Southbank, breakfast buffet had a lot of choices.

Cons:

the only thing was the staff member who showed us to our table for breakfast tried to sit us at a table for 4 when there was only the 2 of us and there were plenty of other tables, so I asked if we could move to a table for 2.

Great location, friendly staff and comfy beds.
Pros:

The hotel is conveniently located within 5-10min walking distance of everything in the Brisbane CBD, including Roma Street Station, which is a station on the airport express train line.

Cons:

We were given a room on level 4, which provided a pretty grim view, the only view, of the concrete jungle around the hotel...
