clean
they put us in the room directly in front of the front desk which could be seen. i rented two rooms because of my daughters best friend was in the other. when they would go back and forth. i got a call saying we were getting complaints about the kids playing in the hallway. which again a front staff can basically look up and see the room. after that we felt like they couldn’t go back and forth.
It was quiet, mostly clean, and had a courteous front-desk staff.
Breakfast was late (came out at 6:15, or so, and the sausage was cold) on the first morning of my stay. It also appeared the young man bringing out the food items may not have had appropriate training as a woman (who seemed to be in charge) came into the dining area a bit later and gave indiscreet correction in front of the hotel guests. Also, there were two pots of regular coffee, but no decaffeinated (I didn't ask if they had decaf). Regarding cleanliness, there was a used towel toward the back of the cubby beneath the bathroom sink.
It was a good location
The bed liner had mold the ac smelled like mildew the breakfast was awful the carpet full of dog hair just a bad experience all around

There is an annoying noise from the air conditioners, sounds like a tarp blowing around outside your window. Same sound on 4th floor as 1st floor.
The staff welcomed us even though it was late in the evening and we had already had a bad experience with another hotel... It felt good to be welcomed by the staff

The beds were comfortable. Everything in the room worked. The check in lady was extremely nice. Just one thing.
I asked the lady settings up breakfast what was for breakfast and she said whatever you want,it does start until 6:30. I only asked because I couldn't see what she had to set out. Then she dumped biscuits on top of the potatoes. I am highly allergic to wheat. She needs to not mix foods. If I had eaten a potato that touched the biscuit I would have 30 mins to get to an ER clinic. We left.
The location is great. It is close to several resturants and stores. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The facility is peaceful at night. The breakfast was pretty good, and its Affordable.
If you have a reason to stay here it's okay. If you can find other accommodations I would look for a more updated and cleaner place to stay. The hotel sits off behind other businesses and can be confusing to get to in the middle of the night. Rooms are very average at best. Not a good value unless you can get it below $100. Hasn't had a deep clean in a long while. Adjoining door to other room you could hear people coughing. Not much on insulation between rooms. Friendly service. Amenities were okay if you want a small shop with over priced items, breakfast in the morning. Parking lot was well lit.
