Noisy AC but that might be ok
Nice rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast, some covered parking.
Staff said they didn’t have cameras in their parking lot, which I found odd that they mentioned that.
And not properties fault, no good restaurants
The location and the fact that they had an EV charger on site. It was not free (in fact, it was expensive), but it was convenient to charge my EV after the road trip and before the hurricane. Also, the bed was comfortable. The location was good, too, because it was not in a flood zone: I did not have to worry about the storm surge. They had solar panels, which is nice, it may or may not have helped keeping the electricity on during the hurricane (I'll never know).
1, The room was damp and there were no safe in the rooms.
2, The AC was very loud (just like all similar PTAC models).
3, The breakfast was only until 9am.
Location was perfect. The beds were very comfortable. The pillows were great.
From the last time I was there to this time it’s been about six months. There was quite a bit of difference the smell as you come in the door. I don’t know if it was something that they’re using or what, but it was not a good smell. They bathroom commode seat was not adjusted well, but I felt like our room could’ve been cleaned a little bit better especially the bathroom area.
Breakfast availability was very convenient, we maintained; increase variety of fruit.

Location was good for what we needed, which was to be close to the hospital. Breakfast was decent, and staff was friendly and accommodating.
The room could use a dehumidifier or remove the carpet all together; there was a slight smell of wetness.

Room smelled like mold and mildew and air conditioner sounded like it was sloshing water the whole time.

Great location! Near Publix, Winn-Dixie, WM, beaches, Tyndall AFB, Navy Base. Great use of solar panels to create covered parking spots! Check in was smooth. I am just shy of Diamomd status, so I did not expect an upgrade, but she did it for me!!! A very nice 1 bedroom suite! Extremely clean. The complementary breakfast and coffee is definitely a win! And I believe they keep the coffee hot around the clock...I like that afternoon pick me up! They keep some rooms (or floors) pet free for those of us with pet dander allergies...which I appreciate very much! I highly recommend this Wingate in Lynn Haven, Fl.
