Pros:

Limpeza e simpatia do "staff".

Cons:

Devido à quantidade de anos de existência da urbanização e à falta de investimento na mesma. Os apartamentos até têm umas áreas razoáveis e a piscina também existe uma grande falta de insonorização dos apartamentos para os corredores.
