Would recommend to anyone traveling to Schertz area
Pros:

We appreciate the professional and friendly staff and great breakfast.

Cons:

Hard to control air conditioner if you don't want it too cold at night.

Pros:

1. There was construction going on at the time of my visit. I wish I had known this before hand. 2. The purpose of the trip was to watch WWE Premium Live Events (PLEs); however we were not abl eto connect our phone to the in room TV to watch the PLE. The staff was not knowdlageable to tell us what we needed to do. We even purchased a TV from Walmart to connect to the hotel's internet, but it still did not work.

Construction.. had to walk outside and around the building to get to front desk. No water was offered. Ice machine empty. Was not what I’m used to from Hampton

Clean and spacious rooms.

Cons:

We had a person call our room who was staying in the room below us to complain about the noise. We had literally just walked into our room. I didn't feel safe or comfortable with another guest contacting us directly in our room. I advised the person attending the front desk that if the guest is traveling for business she should prepare for some noise in a hotel. We were traveling with small children and one was extremely tired and fussy, we didn't need the additional stress of another guest.

Una buena estadía, empañada por un detalle mal comunicado.
Pros:

Las habitaciones, muy comodas, camas grandes y super confortables. La ubicación y fácil acceso es excelente.

Cons:

No tuve servicio de limpieza en el cuarto, y la explicación que me dieron es que después de la pandemia, quedo establecida esa norma. Sinceramente, en un viaje turístico, cuando llegas cansado y muerto de calor, lo único que quiero es un buen baño y una cama comoda y hecha. Es la primera vez que me pasa esto, y booking debería aclararlo, ya que no hubiera optado por este hotel de haberlo sabido antes.

Clean, comfortable easy to get to.
Pros:

Clean and comfortable. Large walk in shower.

Cons:

The bed placement in the room was awkward and not facing the TV. They are going through renovations and the lobby was closed so we had to go find a side door to enter, but it’s going to be very nice when they finish.

There was Nooooo parking, literally, had to park at Chili's next door. Everything was being renovated, the breakfast was served NOT in the lobby but the meeting room because it was being renovated so it was packed. They should Emphasize that on the stay. Never again.

Disappointing experience.
Pros:

The pool was nice. Shady areas around the pool. But it too was closed for renovations one of the days we wanted to use it. Didn’t like that.

Cons:

The breakfast was ho-hum. Nothing special and they seemed to run out of certain foods very fast. We had no idea they were doing construction. The hammering started up every morning at 8:00 right outside our room. The place was a mess. Had to step around piles of wall paper and construction mess to get to the elevators. We were there for 8 nights and had our room attended to only once. For breakfast during the construction we were crammed in a small room with no beverages and limited food.
Our TV did not work—wouldn’t even turn on. Heard from other guests that theirs didn’t work either.
We expect better from Hampton. This place Was not at par with other Hamptons we have stayed at in the past. Very disappointing.

Overall the hotel got the job done but for the price and reviews I was expecting so much more.
Pros:

Spacious room with sofa and clean facilities. Great staff and breakfast.

Cons:

The beds had worn springs that didn’t provide support. The tvs were outdated and the remote were difficult to use. The buttons wouldn’t work.
