Friendly staff
Pros:

The beds were comfortable and so were all the pillows. I loved that I could send a text for anything I needed during my stay instead of having to call. The response was very quick!

Cons:

I did not like the shampoo and conditioner. It did not leave my hair feeling clean.

Pros:

1. There was construction going on at the time of my visit. I wish I had known this before hand. 2. The purpose of the trip was to watch WWE Premium Live Events (PLEs); however we were not abl eto connect our phone to the in room TV to watch the PLE. The staff was not knowdlageable to tell us what we needed to do. We even purchased a TV from Walmart to connect to the hotel's internet, but it still did not work.
