Toskania jest piękna.
Pros:

Blisko do autostrady, miły personel, bardzo dobre śniadania wliczone w cenę, duża przestronna łazienka, bardzo duże łóżko.

Cons:

Brak jakichkolwiek szklanek, kubków, sztućców, czajnika, herbaty, czy wody w butelkach, okolica nie pozwala na zakup czegokolwiek po 8 pm. Pozostaje tylko automat w lobby na monety. Pokój wymagał by odświeżenia, brudne ściany, widać czas świetności już minął. A cztery gwiazdki nad wejściem widnieją. ;)

Camera carina e pulita

Cons:

Neanche una bottiglia d’acqua in camera, per bere bisognava scendere in reception e acquistarla alle macchinette.
La colazione a buffet era piuttosto fornita ma di qualità non adeguata a un 4 stelle.
Al mattino alle 9 senza bussare hanno cercato di aprire la stanza per fare le pulizie, nonostante il check out fosse alle 11.
Per il prezzo che ho pagato (80€) non ne vale assolutamente la pena.

Sosta di lavoro con un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo
Pros:

Posizione perfetta, a metà strada per due impegni di lavoro a circa mezz'ora di distanza. Ho trovato molto cordiale e attento il personale in servizio e in generale ho apprezzato l'ampiezza e l'arredo della camera e in parte del bagno.

Cons:

La camera purtroppo ha peccato di rumorosità per tutta la notte per via dell'affaccio sull'impianto di climatizzazione all'esterno della struttura, il letto duro ha poi definitivamente detto stop al mio riposo. L'attesa per la colazione è stata decisamente lunga (40 minuti pieni) per via della pancetta non ancora pronta. Infine detesto i box doccia semi-aperti, la mancanza di protezione dagli schizzi costringe a fare la doccia con l'ansia di bagnare tutto il pavimento del bagno: l'anti-relax per eccellenza.

Breve ma soddisfacente
Pros:

Struttura molto elegante. Le camere super pulite e moderne con letti comodissimi! Super apprezzate le tende oscuranti. Lo staff è stato gentilissimo e super disponibile ad ogni nostra richiesta, ci hanno aiutati con piccoli intoppi sulla prenotazione (errori nostri) dandoci un upgrade di camera gratuito… servizio eccellente!

Pros:

Tem boa localização, os funcionários são gentis e solicitos. Café da manhã muito bom. Quarto espaçoso e limpo. Local seguro, com restaurantes e mercados por perto. Estação de trem fica a 10 min a pé do hotel, fácil acesso a Florença.
