La colazione era varia e gustosa, le ragazze che gestivano il bar erano professionali e gentili.

Cons:

Le pulizie era puntualmente effettuate ma in maniera superficiale. Il bidet perdeva acqua, avvisata la reception non è stata cambiata la camera con la promessa che il giorno dopo avrebbero rimediato. Siamo partiti dopo 2 giorni e il bidet continuava a gocciolare e a fare rumori come se si stesse staccando dal muro. La presa del comodino era storta e non accendeva. Idem lampada sulla scrivania. Il frigo perdeva qualche goccia d’acqua e infatti sotto la scrivania era umido. Se non fosse un 4 stelle avrei lasciato perdere ma visto che pago vorrei avere un servizio almeno sufficiente.

Hotel in zona comoda per raggiungere le varie località toscane, con staff molto gentile e un'ottima colazione.

Cons:

Camere datate e spesso poco mantenute. Nella nostra sfortunatamente abbiamo trovato formiche al risveglio della seconda notte.

Uprzejmy i uczynny personel. Codzienne sprzątanie, klimatyzacja działała bardzo dobrze. Dobre, urozmaicone śniadania. Świetna lokalizacja, blisko autostrady, jako miejsce wypadowe po Toskanii.

Il materasso era davvero ottimo, morbido e confortevole al punto giusto. Il cibo a disposizione per la colazione era abbastanza buono e vario. Zona tranquilla e silenziosa. La vicinanza di bar dove pranzare è soprattutto di una coop dove fare acquisti è un valore aggiunto.

Cons:

Purtroppo le camere mancano totalmente di insonorizzazione. Ho sentito concerti di mobili trascinati e porte sbattute per ore dalle camere a fianco e di sopra.

C era polvere sui comodini e non c era nulla se non la stanza ..nel senso ..no kit di cortesia.. no acqua Neanche a pagamento in frigor ( c è una macchinetta a pagamento vicino alla reception). No bollitore ecc...essendo un 4 stelle mi aspettavo di piu
