Buona qualità prezzo del soggiorno, struttura pulita e comoda. Colazione molto varia e abbondante.

Cons:

La pulizia del pavimento della camera, era pulito, ma particolarmente appiccicoso.

Cons:

Camera poco curata, poca manutenzione, lo scarico del bagno non funzionava bene e faceva rumore che soprattutto di notte dava molto fastidio. Anche lo scarico del lavandino non funzionava e l’acqua non scendeva correttamente. Il soffitto del bagno aveva aloni di muffa in quanto in mancanza di ventilazione. Le pareti della camera erano macchiate, anche il soffitto

Lo staff molto cordiale, camere pulite.
Colazione molto buona, prezzi onesti.

Cons:

Il bagno era davvero molto stretto, a parte la doccia.
L'hotel potrebbe fare qualche piccolo miglioramento, tipo le tessere come chiavi di entrata.
Consiglio allo staff di informare i clienti di quando passerà la pulizia delle strade, perché noi non siamo stati informati e ci siamo presi la multa 😅

Ho soggiornatto per motivi clinici. Lo consiglierei.
Pros:

ho usufruito di un upgrade gratuito. Runnovo biancheria da bagno quotidiano e bagno con doccia performante. Colazione fantastica, in ambiente curato e distensivo.

Cons:

Carenza in alcuni dettagli. Bagno senza aspiratore, mancava il tappo nel lavandino con il rischio di far cadere qualcosa nelle tubature.
Set cortesia scarsissimo per un 4 stelle, no cuffia capelli, no kleenex e 1 sacchetto igienico. Bagnoschiuma con dosatore molto brutto

Ottima prima colazione...
Posizione ottimale per poter visitare la Toscana in lungo e in largo, se ovviamente muniti di mezzo di trasporto proprio...

Cons:

Peccato che le camere fossero come "in manutenzione"...
Nella mia mancava un pezzo di cartongesso nel tetto e qualche ripassata ai muri ( sporchi).
Il bagno grande, abbastanza pulito ma qualcosa tipo la rubinetteria della doccia va revisionata
