wonderful
Pros:

Very friendly staff and great building - our room was very comfortable and the pool and terrace area great!

Cons:

Just that the bathroom door hits the person peeing because of the small space but nothing too bad

La comida estaba bien

Cons:

Las habitaciones necesitan reformas urgente. Nos encontramos alguna cucaracha. El sofá de la habitacion y las tumbonas de las terracitas de la misma tenían tanta mierda que daba asco sentarse. Limpieza muy justita. No entiendo el resto de los comentarios que vi antes de ir.

Ein 4 Sterne Hotel wie man es eigentlich erwarten kann; mehr aber auch nicht.

Cons:

Wir hatten eine Suite gebucht. Bei Ankunft wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass keine Suite vorhanden ist. Uns wurde dann eine Junior Suite incl. Halbpension angeboten. Wir wollten aber keine Junior Suite sondern eine Suite und essen wollten wir außerhalb des Hotels. Nach langer Diskussion wurde uns dann auf einmal eine Suite angeboten, da angeblich ein kurzfristiges Storno rein gekommen war. Wir fühlten uns total verarscht.
Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer ließ zu wünschen übrig.

Gorgeous
Pros:

The hotel room was gorgeous, very spacious, and air conditioning was very good. Lots of wardrobe space and the kitchen was fully equipped. The room cleaning service is exceptional, with cleaners coming in every day, even if we only left the room in the afternoon we always came back to the beds made. Breakfast was gorgeous with so many options. The pool bar served a variety of drinks, cocktails and lovely bar menu too. Staff was all so lovely and friendly. Location is absolutely perfect, only a 8 minute walk to main centre. Was so so happy with our stay and would definitely return.

Cons:

The only downside was our balcony was facing out the side of the hotel, which was not a problem but half our balcony was blocked by this sliding shutter thing that always had half the view blocked at any time. If i was going again i would request a pool view room.

Pros:

Hôtel sympathique et bien situé, les repas sont variés et de bons goûts, le personnel de restauration accueillant et au petits soins pour les clients.
L’espace piscine est toujours propre et peu bruyant, tout comme l’hôtel en général.

Cons:

Malgré une chambre spacieuse, nous avons trouvé quelques cafards.. Après avoir prévenu la réception, le nécessaire a été fait, mais aucune excuse (ni dédommagement) nous a été adressée, comme ci tout était normal. Point noir pour un hôtel 4 étoiles.
Autre point négatif mais indépendant de l’hôtel, en haute saison il est très difficile de trouver une place pour se garer.
