空港までのシャトルを無料で出してくれた。
逆にホテルまでのシャトルが分からず、booking経由でも近くのやつに聞いてくれと対応してくれず、結局LYFTで向かった。

We arrived late at night, the hotel front desk agent was so kind and helpful and gave me clear instructions for the morning route I needed. He was so accommodating and it really enhanced my experience. We also liked the quietness, no fuss.
It’s a place to crash between flights and travel, it’s not a hotel to come and stay in for the amenities or aesthetics. It was great for what we needed! Maybe some better options for food and drink would be nice.
It was comfortable, clean and close to the air port. I especially liked having a shuttle service. It served the purpose when I had an unexpected flight delay.
Close to airport. Provide 24 hr shuttle to and from airport. Bed was comfortable.The property is located in a place that allows you to walk for some food.
Bedding had some stains both nights we stayed.

Location was great
It was a dirty room someone’s used contacts were left on the bedside table and honestly it was 97 degrees in the room and on the lobby and hall it was 82 degrees in the middle of summer like come on keep the ax at 73 people need an escape for the Texas heat
Area seemed sketchy. Front desk guy was very helpful and polite.
Overall our stay was nice. We were there for the Junior Olympics. Our initial sheets had stains on them but they switch them out when asked. Their customer service was good. They could update the breakfast area. Beside that is was a good stay.
