Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Only fully vaccinated guests with proof of their digital COVID-19 vaccination certificate are allowed to check-in at our hotel. Guests who are not / not fully vaccinated with an admissible reason are required to obtain a letter of consent by an appointed Doctor.
Please note that Sunway Lagoon Theme Park opens daily at 10:00 to 18:00.
The hotel is also a smoke-free property. Violators are liable to a fine of RM 400.

Excellent family break with toddlers
Pros:

The facilities were excellent, the kids waterventure park is perfect for little kids. You never really have to leave the resort. The interconnection between the hotels and the mall were also great. The staff were all extremely pleasant and the rooms were great. The unexpected complimentary minibar and kids treats were also a really great addition to the stay. Wonderland and the private club also really made the stay perfect

Cons:

Nothing I didn’t like as such. The walk from the pyramid hotel to the breakfast area can be cumbersome with toddlers however it’s not really something I can mark the hotel down for.

Very convenience
Pros:

The hotel is generally very convenient. Connected to a lively shopping mall and at arm's length from Sunway Lagoon Waterpark. We had connected rooms. Not spacious, but decent room size. The bed is comfy, and the cleanliness level is as expected. The amenities are as advertised. The staff were very helpful in offering early check-in and answering any of our inquiries.

Cons:

Although the price quoted on booking.com includes the taxes and other governmental fees, I was charged additional fees. There are no other concerns, but a suggestion to have a physical or digital map of all the nearby attractions and facilities around the hotel. It saves time from exploring.
