Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Only fully vaccinated guests with proof of their digital COVID-19 vaccination certificate are allowed to check-in at our hotel. Guests who are not / not fully vaccinated with an admissible reason are required to obtain a letter of consent by an appointed Doctor.
Please note that Sunway Lagoon Theme Park opens daily at 10:00 to 18:00.
The hotel is also a smoke-free property. Violators are liable to a fine of RM 400.
Please note that there are no connecting rooms.

Excellent service by all hotel staffs! We are welcomed with warm cookies which highlights the whole stay!!
Pros:

Perfect location which is connected to the mall directly.
Breakfast varieties is good.

Pros:

Been staying at this hotel ever since it was built like 20 over years now, it has become one of my favourite place to stay whenever I am in Sunway. Excellent customer service that make you feel warm and the hospitality is at the top notch . Thank you to Mr Prasanth ,Mr Timothy and a few other female receptionists at the hotel. Keep up your exemplary work! Thank you

Cons:

Probably , adding more channels to watch . The present one is limited. Adding bollywood channel would be a great idea too.

Pros:

巨大ショッピングモール、レジャー施設に隣接しているので、立地は最高。部屋も綺麗でベッドの寝心地も良かった。非常に静かで良く眠れた。エレベーターがすぐに来るのでストレスなく外出できた。追加料金が掛かりましたが、朝早くからのアーリーチェックインもスムーズで、早朝到着便で疲れた体には非常に助かった。チェックアウト時間も12時までOKでゆったりできたのも良かった。

Cons:

窓から外が見えず、モール内のレストランを見下ろす場所だったので、景観はゼロの部屋でした。価格的に安い部屋だったのでやむなしかと思います。部屋にインスタントコーヒーやお茶が無料で備えてありましたが、ネスプレッソのような美味しいコーヒーマシンがあるともっと良かった。
