Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Only fully vaccinated guests with proof of their digital COVID-19 vaccination certificate are allowed to check-in at our hotel. Guests who are not / not fully vaccinated with an admissible reason are required to obtain a letter of consent by an appointed Doctor.
Please note that Sunway Lagoon Theme Park opens daily at 10:00 to 18:00.
The hotel is also a smoke-free property. Violators are liable to a fine of RM 400.

Wonderful stay, great service, location, room facilities, hotel facilities and staff are amazing
Pros:

The breakfast was outstanding, the location brilliant and the staff were so helpful and friendly. The bed was very comfortable with excellent pillows and additional supplies like tissues, shampoo, liquid soap.

Pros:

Great location as it is convenient to the shopping mall. Good value for staying at the hotel.

Cons:

Twin bed room a bit small as it is snaller than my colleague's deluxe double bed room, although i paid more than hers.

Cons:

Was shocked that hotel guests need to pay rm15 for a day parking. This was a first for us.
Towel Was torn as shown in below pic. The manager did immediately replaced the towels but it’s not a good start to the holiday. He did provided the complimentary free breakfast for 2 pax.
Subsequently shower head was also not working well as water kept leaking at the side as shown in photo and not able to adjust the jet stream at all.
Buffet breakfast spread was kind of shocking as it caters to a lot of vegetarian dishes and Indian cuisines.
Comforter was so thin and the worst part? The emergency light in the room does not have a switch. Need to sleep with the lights on which made the sleep pretty much gone.
The practice of being highly sustainable for a 4 star hotel seemed cheap with not even any plastic bags seen. The dispenser for the shampoo and body wash seem to be the same as its carrying the same pamelo zest. No tissue in the room as well. Highly shocking for a 4 star
