Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Only fully vaccinated guests with proof of their digital COVID-19 vaccination certificate are allowed to check-in at our hotel. Guests who are not / not fully vaccinated with an admissible reason are required to obtain a letter of consent by an appointed Doctor.
Please note that Sunway Lagoon Theme Park opens daily at 10:00 to 18:00.
The hotel is also a smoke-free property. Violators are liable to a fine of RM 400.
Please note that there are no connecting rooms.
Guests under the age of 18 are only allowed to check in with a parent or official guardian.

ラグーン、飲食店や買い物に◎
Pros:

モール直結なこと、近くに飲食店が多数あり、子供が疲れて眠くなってもすぐ帰れました。Wi-Fiも強くほとんどの場所で使えました。ホテルのプールも清潔で良かったです!

Cons:

二日連続清掃の時間が遅く、初日は遊び疲れた子供がベッドで寝てる時に来たのでベッドメイキングができず。
翌日はラグーンから帰ってきて疲れ切ったところに清掃が来てしまい、その間シャワーやトイレも入れず、、
清掃してもらって文句は言えませんができれば不在の時間帯に終わらせててもらえれると助かります。

Pros:

Chambre spacieuse et propre , vue sur Sunway Lagoon . Salle de bain avec grande douche a l’italienne .
Salle pour petit déjeuner spacieuse
Très bon petit déjeuner buffet et varié
Accès direct au Sunway Mall via la réception de l’hôtel

لوحظ اثناء سداد المبلغ طلب مني زيادة على المبلغ الموجود ولكن أحد الموظفين تم إفهام الموظف المتواجد احد الاخوات بدفع نفس المبلغ في الحجز ولا اعلم الهدف من الزيادة هذه

الغرفه العائليه مغلقه من غير نوافذ يرجى الانتباه للي بيحجز. عشان هيك رقينا لغرفه ثانيه بسنواي ريزورت كانت ممتازه موقعها على العاب الاطفال المائيه. الريزورت جدا ممتاز واستمتعنا بالاقامه فيه.
