Enjoyed our stay in Lisbon
Pros:

The room was nice and the location was great. Right next to the metro which we used throughout our stay

Cons:

It would have been nice to have tea making facilities in the room

O chuveiro não funcionou, mudamos de quarto depois as luzes das cabeceiras não funcionam e o aquecimento não funcionou e a televisão estava pousada no chão, a prateleiro do wc caiu!!

Uma estadia curta, mas a repetir

Desde do momento que chegámos até sairmos do hotel, todo o staff foi atencioso às nossas necessidades, simpáticos e prestáveis.

Durante a nossa estadia, experienciamos ficar sem electricidade das 04:00 às 10:00, e o staff fez de tudo para estarmos confortáveis. Mantiveram-nos informados sobre o que estava a acontecer, extenderam o horário de pequeno-almoço, e certificaram-se de que estávamos bem.

A falta de electricidade foi geral, em toda a rua, contudo sentimos que fizeram os possíveis para que a situação fosse resolvida o quanto antes.

O quartos estava limpo, pronto na hora de chegada. Atendimento de todo o staff, desde a recepção, à equipa de limpeza e staff de pequeno-almoço foi exímio, tento o nosso bem estar sempre em primeiro plano.

Todo. La habitación muy acogedora, muebles e instalaciones nuevos, con aclimatación, muy limpia y luminosa, incluso con terraza. El baño muy limpio y nuevo, con útiles de baño de sobra, y buen sistema de extracción.
Un lugar muy tranquilo, no se escucha ruido puesto que está enfrente de un parque.
Cambian las toallas a diario y dejan la habitación espectacular.
A nuestra llegada el primer día, nos obsequiaron con agua y un plato con dulces y fruta, todo un detalle
El personal amabilísimo, sin pedirlo nos hicieron un planning por la ciudad y nos dijeron los lugares imprescindibles y la mejor forma de movernos, y se dispusieron a ayudarnos en cualquier cosa.
Muy fácil de llegar a todos lados bien andando o bien en metro o bus, puesto que tiene paradas muy cerca.
Sin duda, si vuelvo a Lisboa, volveré a elegir este lugar.
