La ubicación es inmejorable, en pleno centro de Lisboa. El personal también estuvo muybien.

La ubicación es perfecta. Ofrecen un muy buen desayuno. La cama es cómoda aunque la habitación es pequeña. Para una estancia corta está muy bien

El ascensor es muy pequeño e incómodo, por lo que las escaleras son obligatorias. Solicité asesoría para tomar un taxi y no fue la mejor. Sin embargo, en general, el servicio es bueno.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuné pas très bon et pas beaucoup de choix,
Très mauvaise isolation phonique : Nous entendions tout ce qui se passait dehors comme si la fenêtre était ouverte,
Et nous entendions la douche du voisin la nuit et les portes des chambres qui faisait beaucoup de bruit,

En general nada, pero por sacar algo positivo es la ubicación céntrica que tienen. Además, resaltar que los chicos que trabajan en la recepción, a pesar de todo, fueron muy amables.

Cons:

Hotel nefasto, con una publicidad totalmente engañosa. Anuncian en su web y otros sitios de reserva habitaciones que luego no te dan. A mi me paso que reservé una y al llegar me dieron una que no se parecía en nada la web, es más, ni siquiera salía en ella. Es una que es pequeñísima, en la quinta planta, sin ascensor, con un techo desnivel y la cual incluso tenia una almohada en el techo para tapar un hueco. Totalmente lamentable y vergonzoso.

Location was excellent.

Cons:

Rooms don’t reflect the online photos. Air conditioning was squealing all night long. Not a big deal but bread man didn’t show up when breakfast started. Showed up we were long gone.

Localização perfeita! A poucos metros da praça do comércio, então simplesmente perfeito para quem fica poucos dias e a varanda é sensacional com vista para a rua!

Cons:

Muitas escadas e o elevador só cabe uma pessoa com uma mala. A área do chuveiro é minúscula.

La posizione è invidiabile. Sei nel cuore turistico di Lisbona a poche centinaia di metri dalla riva del Tago.

Cons:

Non piacere è un parolone, la stanza non è spaziosissima ma c' è tutto cio che serve. Manca cassaforte.
