Nice and quiet, comfy beds, lovely staff
The room wad really dusty and there was brown dirt behind the taps in the bathroom that didn’t smell very nice
very poor
Too hot to sleep now AC in the building. That wasn't made clear at time of booking.
Beds are always comfy, and rooms are decorated stylish
Air con STILL BROKEN...Went during a heat wave and was HORRIFIC...Breakfast was expensive for quality
Lovely Art deco property, sadly we only stayed one night as it was conveniently located near the airport. Also liked the added bonus of the plains on site.
The only thing for me that let the room down was the rubbish office chair at the dresser, it really spoilt the look of the room.
Great location easy parking a warm welcome
Nothing
Staff all great, the room was a good size with a comfortable bed. The towels in the bathroom were really good. Loved the 1920s decor throughout the hotel. Breakfast was very good. Parking was good.
The room was exceptionally warm because of the fault in the hotel's heating/air conditioning, which we had been made aware of prior to our arrival but the experience was worse than we expected. The hotel did provide a very good fan, however, it was covered in dust!
The room smelt of damp and mould, they expected my 2 year old to sleep in a travel cot with a towel used as a bottom sheet. I moved the bed to put the travel cot in between both beds and the floor was disgusting, dirty tissues, old food, absolutely disgusting!! I put in a complaint around 6-7 weeks ago and I’ve heard NOTHING!! Absolutely poor customer service, my daughter ended up with a chest infection a couple of days after staying in a room with mouldy/damp smell.
