Conference
Pros:

On a bus route and near to other places to eat. The staff were great and found me another room when it was obvious accessible accessible was needed

Cons:

The furniture in the lounge is sporadically set out. It was difficult for my guide dog to work the environment.

Pros:

As I stayed at the hotel previously for a Lions Convention, all was as I expected. The room was a double with two beds, it was a little small, and would have been difficult to move about in if two people were there (I was on my own). It had no wardrobe just hooks on the wall, which were difficult to get at as behind the easy chair.
Otherwise everything fine, all lovely and clean.
Food and service were brilliant, your young staff are an absolute credit to you!

Very convenient & good price
Pros:

Quite an extensive breakfast menu. Location was particularly good for Newcastle racecourse. Reception staff were very helpful

Cons:

The pillows were rock hard although I was told that the hotel will be changing over the pillows soon. Nothing else springs to mind

We were disappointed and stressed at times.
Pros:

It’s a good location and clean.

Cons:

We were not told that our room would be in a basement or that there would be 300 guests staying for a conference. They ran out of breakfast and the atmosphere was at times unpleasant.

Cons:

Room had a small single bed that was extremely noisy and squeaked everytime you moved on it. I was also next to the fire door so could here people walking through the corridors all night.

Zeer slecht
Pros:
