CLEANING:
Please note that towels and bed linen are changed every 4 days.
Guests are kindly asked to clean the kitchen before departure. A free cleaning kit with the essentials is provided.

SERVICES:
Please note that the outdoor swimming pool is open at certain fixed times of the day. Towel service for the swimming pool is available with a surcharge.
A baby kit suitable for children under 2 years and weighing less than 15 kg, is available on request. The kit includes a cot with 1 bed sheet and a high chair for infants aged from 6 months old. Extra charges applied (from 35€)
When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge applies: 12 EUR per pet and per day or 75 EUR per pet per week. Please note that pets weighing less than 25 kg are allowed. (1 pet per apartment)

Pros:

A acomodação é muito perto da praia. Uma praia limpa, de água cristalina e tranquila. Com restaurantes, supermercados por perto.

Cons:

O quarto principal não possui ar condicionado, o que deixou tudo muito complicado porque dormíamos eu, meu esposo e nossa bebê. O quarto fica muito quente e torna a noite muito difícil. Nossa família ficou por 5 noites nas instalações e as toalhas foram trocadas apenas no último dia, portanto usamos as mesmas toalhas por praticamente toda a estadia! Na foto do apartamento que nós alugamos a acomodação tinha forno na cozinha, e quando chegamos nos deparamos com uma cozinha sem o forno portanto tivemos que nos adaptarmos com os alimentos que havíamos comprado para aquecer no forno.

Отличное месторасположение, в 2 х минутах от пляжа. Мы снимали номер-студию с полноценной кухней. Все было идеально чисто, вся необходимая посуда имелась. Отель тихий, мы могли наслаждаться спокойствием и тишиной. На территории есть парковка, где мы парковали свой автомобиль. А так же есть бассейн, за все время мы плавали там 1 один, так как путешествовали по всему острову. А когда возвращались домой, он был уже закрыт.

Pros:

God beliggenhet, fin leilighet. Kort vei til strand, butikk og restauranter.

Cons:

Poolen er mye mindre enn den ser ut som på bilder. Ok størrelse egentlig, bare mye mindre enn forventet. Poolen har vei på ene siden og parkering på den andre. Veldig strenge baderegler, fikk ikke lov til å dukke hodet under vann eller hoppe fra dype siden. Ansatt ved poolen konstant på utskikk.
Madrassene var litt harde, ingen toppmadrass.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral direkt an Cala Marçal. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Viele Sachen müssen erneuert werden oder repariert werden. Langsam muss man Investitionen getätigt werden.

Wonderful accomodation and amenities, even better location
Pros:

Wonderful location, very close to Playa Marcal, Portocolom and a variety of shops and restaurants. Rooms were clean and well equipped. Pool was great, supervised by a lifeguard at all times and plenty of sunbeds to choose from.

Cons:

Could often hear the neighbouring occupants through the walls/balcony. This was not too much of a problem for us. :)

Super liebe Rezeption. Tolles Zimmer - leider nur kein Küchentuch zum Abtrocknen. Kaffeemaschine ist vorhanden, Kapseln jedoch nicht. Supermarkt ist direkt in der Nähe erreichbar.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal, 2min Fußweg zum Strand und 1min zum nächsten Spar. Es gibt viele Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe des Hotels.
Die Zimmer waren an sich modern.
Der Service des Personals war ebenfalls sehr gut.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war leider noch dreckig von den vorherigen Besuchern, die Anlage an sich war etwas Trostlos gestaltet und die Apartments befanden sich in einem anderen Gebäude, als die Hotelzimmer und der Pool. Zudem war es hellhörig im Zimmer, die Tür zum Flur war sehr dünn und die Zimmerwände ebenfalls.

Nichts desto trotz hatten wir eine schöne Zeit und können die Anlage aufgrund der Lage und des Preises empfehlen. Wer nicht auf puren Luxus steht und das Zimmer nur zum schlafen nutzt, ist hier genau richtig.
