Hotel totalmente renovado a nuevo en el corazón de Magaluff.
Pros:

Hotel totalmente renovado a nuevo, con habitaciones muy cómodas y un desayuno excepcional. Destaco la amabilidad del personal de recepción que nos dejaron hacer llamadas locales por un problema con nuestra asistencia médica y también el personal de cocina y de bartenders que han sido muy amables en todo momento.

Cons:

El wi fi se cortaba un poco con las noches. Hay mucho turismo de jóvenes ingleses de una edad promedio de 18 a 20 años que generalmente por las noches andan muy alcoholizados, sin embargo el hotel se encarga de que el personal de seguridad esté presente en todo momento para que no se comenta ningún desmán y bullicio puertas adentro principalmente en la recepción.

Pros:

The location was amazing, the hotel itself had a lovely atmosphere, it was very relaxing. The reception staff were very helpful and politeand we really appreciated being able to use the amenities after we checked out because we had a late flight.

Breakfast was a good selection and we really enjoyed having it buffet style, really nice pool area also.

El hotel esta renovado, la piscina es bellisima, la comida es muy buena y la habitación muy cómoda

Cons:

La musica por momentos alta y repetitiva.
El personal de limpieza no muy amable, haciendo caso omiso al cartel no molestar.

Excellent hôtel
Pros:

Je recommande vivement cet hôtel ! Dès mon arrivée, le personnel de la réception m'a réservé un excellent accueil. Toute l'équipe est souriante, disponible et toujours prête à aider.
L'hôtel est idéalement situé dans le quartier très animé de Magaluf, au cœur de la vie nocturne de Majorque, avec de nombreuses discothèques et pubs à proximité.
Le ménage est effectué tous les jours, le brunch est varié et offre un large choix pour tous les goûts.
La majorité de la clientèle est composée de jeunes adultes âgés de 20 à 30 ans.
J'ai passé un excellent séjour et j'ai déjà hâte de revenir. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe pour son professionnalisme et sa gentillesse !
