Pros:

Tutto!! Non siamo riusciti a trovare una nota negativa nel nostro soggiorno! È stato tutto perfetto, dagli spazi comuni, alle stanze, al brunxh illimitato per arrivare ai servizi che la struttura offre. Super consigliato!!

Cons:

L'aria condizionata troppo elevata nella hole dell'albergo!!! Piccolo dettaglio!

An amazing, spotlessly clean hotel with a great soul
Pros:

Great freshly renovated hotel with a lovely design pleasing to the eye and a well-thought-out concept — even the smell! The designers did their best! The staff is efficient, very professional, and friendly.
The breakfast is amazing. And what’s most important for me as a very picky person, everything is spotlessly clean!
Even though I got stuck in the elevator for 40 minutes on my first day (and I’m claustrophobic!), it didn’t spoil my overall impression of the hotel. The management's reaction was nice and the director personally helped me and offered a voucher for a bottle of wine. Although I didn’t have a chance to use it and forgot to mention in the heat of the moment that I don’t even drink alcohol, I really appreciated the gesture. And I really enjoyed my stay and I highly recommend the hotel!

Pros:

Alt var nyt, rent, pænt.
Lækker Brunch med kæmpe udvalg fra kl.8.00 til kl.13.30, menuen skiftede ved 12.00 tiden fra morgenmads inspireret til mere frokost retter.
Beliggenhed er fantastisk 7 min gang til fremragende sandstrand masser af shopping og restauranter.
Selvom hotellet ligger tæt på by og natteliv høres det ikke.
Værelserne er mere isoleret end vi har oplevet tidligere på andre hoteller.
Helt klart et sted vi vil besøge igen.

Cons:

Aircondition slukker om aftenen men der er dog mulighed for at have propellen i loftet tændt, den er meget støj svag.
Sengene var helt nye men de var meget hårde, det er jo meget individuelt hvordan man kan lide sin seng men hvis man har en smule aldersbetingede fysiske udfordringer, såsom ryg og led problemer så er sengene ikke gode.

Hotel praticamente nuovo, cucina ottima, spazi comuni accoglienti, piscina e pulizia top. Staff molto cortese e posizione centrale a magaluf.

Overall it was good, I would consider another hotel for the next stay but as family hotel it is good
Pros:

The variety of food and also location of hotel, you can walk to the beach in 5-7 mins
The stuff was nice and tried to solve problems if there were any

Cons:

You need to pay for drinks during dinner, even for water. Just provide this option but keep simple tap water free please, bc it doesn’t look good for the status of the hotel. Overall the furniture are quite old, and bedding coverage too.
