Cons:

Our room was never cleaned well. Sheets never replaced. Sometime missing towels and soap all together. It’s so far from the beach and there was noise from traffic by road. All together we spent over 10k and it was not pleasant

A Wonderful Stay at Bluesun Hotel Bonaca
Pros:

Our stay at Bluesun Hotel Bonaca was a very enjoyable experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel.

First of all, I would like to praise the entire staff. The reception team was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and professional from the moment we arrived. The restaurant staff was always kind, attentive, and helpful. Considering the large number of guests, the restaurant was impressively clean and well maintained at all times.

I would also like to highlight the foreign employees, who have integrated very well into the team. They are hardworking, polite, and contribute greatly to the excellent service provided by the hotel.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout our stay. The food was varied and plentiful, offering something for everyone's taste.

If I had to mention one downside, it would be the lack of music around the pool. Music was played for only about half an hour each day, which made the atmosphere feel rather quiet. The entertainment team also did not quite meet expectations. The only animator who really stood out was a young man from Hungary, who genuinely made an effort to engage with guests and create a positive atmosphere. I hardly noticed the other animators during our stay. Overall, the pool area felt a bit boring. Even soft international background music throughout the day would make a significant difference and create a much more enjoyable atmosphere.

To sum it up, Bluesun Hotel Bonaca is an excellent hotel and one that I would happily recommend to anyone. The value for money is outstanding—100%. We would definitely consider coming back.

Pros:

It was our second stay here in Bonaca. Hotel and the appartments are clean, Lovely Animation Team this Summer! Everyday in a good mood, we enjoyed the activies and had a very good time!

Odlično osoblje, uvijek na raspolaganju sa osmijeh na licu što je danas neprocjenjivo. Hrana je bila odlična, tako da čuvajte glavnog kuhara i svo osoblje iz kuhinje.

Ideal for families
Pros:

The location was very good! In between Zlatni Rat and the Old Town. Easy to walk to both on a shaded promenade. The pool was a good size and we were able to have lounge chairs. Comfortable beds and the buffet offered many choices.

Cons:

Too bad Cola Light was not one if the soft drinks available.

Cons:

Food was delicious, although noticed lack of meat dishes, omlet station is canceled on breakfast, change of clothes in bedrooms is not done in 6 day stay, only once on request and only on one of our two bedrooms

Pros:

We had a great stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean, well organized and the stuff was very friendly. The entertainment team did a good job. The animation program at the pool offered something for everyone. There were plenty of activities during the day. The food was also very tasty. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Great animation team
Pros:

Family experience - very well organised and located close to many beautiful beaches. Something that kids enjoyed was hanging out with Animation team playing games and having fun with Patricija, Giorgia, Huba, Branimir, Misha.. Would definetly come back again with family.
Besides the above mentioned, food was good and different dishes were serves on daily basis.
