It was OK. I didn’t expect much, but was disappointed by the staff interaction.
Pros:

The room was decent and seemed clean. The bathroom had a great little shower with different settings and good supply of soap and shampoo. Also Kurig coffee machine worked well.

Cons:

When I checked in the staff were surly and unwelcoming. They were largely like that through out. Seem to be having a bad day or life?

Pros:

The breakfast was good. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was very clean.

Cons:

The customer service was very pleasant when we checked in. In the morning however, the person at the front desk seemed to be in a bad mood and was not particularly friendly. She seemed annoyed that I did not know exactly how to operate the waffle machine and when I told her the hairdryer in our room did not work. She did say she would order a new one but I felt she could have apologized for the inconvenience.
I felt the price was a bit high.

Pros:

Really appreciate the comfortable bed, extensive breakfast, nice shower and makeup/cleaning wipes.

Cons:

Location is not so inspiring, quite industrial

It was the closest hotel to where we needed to go.
Pros:

We didn’t eat any meals at the hotel during our stay.

Cons:

We left a 10.00 bill on the pillow so that bousekeeping would know it was for them. When we came back to the room the bill was gone (which is what we intended), we had new towels in the bathroom the sheets and cover were tucked in but the pillows were in the same pile, that way we left them in. That was just lazy sloppy housekeeping.
