I was not disappointed
Pros:

This hotel was family friendly and budget friendly. The owners were very nice. You can see all the hard work they are putting in to fixing up the hotel since they bought it. For a budget friendly motel this place was great.

Cons:

Bathrooms were small but again for the price and traveling with my family it was great.

It was clean and quiet.

Cons:

The bed was uncomfortable. The parking was non existent when we returned from the concert. One off the staff had to come out and park him in front of the dumpster.

The hotel is no frills but decent and clean, in a reasonable location, and overpriced.
Pros:

Breakfast is really nonexistent. There is a decent indoor pool. My room was very clean/good water pressure/good shower height/good bed/good lighting. No frills. The hotel is dated and needs a refresh. The location a short drive from Hershey attractions. $280 a night is a lot for a no-frills property.

The staff was friendly. We got our room keys quickly. The rooms and facilities were clean and well managed. There wasn't any noise and it was close to the venue we had to get to.
