Best Hotel Ever!!
Pros:

I love the location, the pool was great , staff was great, it me and my family 3 time we have stayed here and I was never disappointed, we will definitely be going back for sure

Pros:

The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The room was just right for my needs. The view was nice too.

Cons:

I didn't like dragging all my stuff and a baby up the stairs. I wish they had a crib. But luckily I had a pack and play with me. The price was a little outrageous for how small the room and bathroom was. The bathroom was so small you could barely open the door.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms and bathrooms, in close proximity to food and stores and park!
Pros:

How close it was to the office! Hershey park was 10 mins away! The pool was heated. Water in the shower was hot! It was a great stay.

Cons:

They didn’t have a gym (sons complaint)

The front desk staff were very friendly at all times. The room and the surrounding areas were clean. The facilities, as well as the rooms, are exactly like the photos on the website. The distance to Hershey Park is about 3 to 5 miles, depending on which area you visit. La habitacion y la areas alrededor estaban limpias. Perfect place, great location and friendly accommodating staffs
Pros:

I like the room when I entered it, it feels cozy presentable and smells clean. However, underneath the beds it’s dusty. I hope that they would clean underneath as well. But everything looks great it is really a hotel feels.

everything, they said they had a pool and that’s the only reason my son and i went there, pool was closed! This place is horrible and the lady running the desk was even worse! Don’t even waste your time going here!

False advertising there was no breakfast and they appeared to believe this was a mistake, however there are several reviews dating back months. They were kind enough to provide a bag breakfast.
