Trato lamentable, poca educación y falta de limpieza en zonas comunes.
Pros:

Las actividades para los niños: mini club y el parque acuático. Limpieza correcta en la habitación.

Cons:

El trato de los empleados en general: recepción, zonas de bar, camareros, buffet... malas contestaciones, malas formas, falta de amabilidad y de servicio. Además falta de limpieza en zonas comunes: pool bar tenía salpicaduras por todos lados (paredes, televisión, barra...) Las máquinas de café estaban todas sucias. Muchas cosas rotas por el uso o desgaste y sin arreglar. La piscina le faltaban muchos azulejos que podían hacer cortes en los pies. Los socorristas con el móvil en vez de mirar a la piscina. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba y la puerta de la terraza de la habitación no tenía cierre, por lo que estaba siempre abierta.

Pros:

Piscine, ricco buffet, camera e pulizia.

Cons:

Distanza dal mare con 500 metri di salita oltre il 20%; abuso di riserva delle sdraio a bordo piscina, con asciugamani appoggiati dall’alba, per poi occupare le sdraio in pomeriggio.

El parque acuático mi hijo lo disfruto mucho.

Cons:

Llevo años eligiendo el hotel y el primer año fue todo genial, pero este año la verdad me decepcionó bastante, empezando por el personal de comedor, NO TODO EL PERSONAL PERO LA GRAN MAYORIA, con unas caras de mal genio como si los huéspedes le debiéramos algo, pedías cualquier cosa y te miraban con mala cara, no sé si es que hay mal ambiente pero fatal, la comida no estaba mal pero deberían de poner un poco más de variedad y cantidad y algo que me pareció mal es, si mi hora de dejar el hotel es a las 12 del día, no entiendo porque la señora de la limpieza está tocando en la puerta a las 11 para limpiarla cuando yo puedo salir de ella a las 12, y de resto algo seguro que se me queda en el tintero, pero vamos me lo pensaré si volveremos a ir la verdad.

la comida el personal el ambiente en general

se nota que falta personal y la limpieza en zona de terrazas en el bar piscina así como en el chiringuito se puede mejorar..creo que era la xona de cerveza y bebidas..falta de limpieza continua a fondo...
y por otro lado,se nota que le falta reformas..
