Es un lugar muy tranquilo pero falta más coordinación

En un lugar muy entretenido para los niños, se lo pasan muy bien. Cerca de la playa. La comida estaba muy bien. El parque acuático es muy divertido para los niños.
Las chicas del restaurante muy atentas.
Martín gracias por la pizza de pimiento y cumplir mi antojo, al compañero camarero siempre que está él también se nota mucho la limpieza. Gracias .

Cons:

Es el segundo año que hemos ido. Hemos notado una gran diferencia en cuanto a falta de personal en el restaurante, incluido alguna mala contestación, limpieza escasa de la habitación, instalaciones en peores condiciones.
Lo del descontrol de las toallas para poder coger una hamaca. Que nadie haga nada al respecto con ese tipo de cliente es un agobio, parecía la selva y uno va a relajarse. Igual las colchonetas y pelotas en la piscina con mil clientes dentro. Espero que se tomen medidas. Para la comodidad de todos.

Non è un posto dove tornerei.. abbiamo pagato 3200€ per 8 giorni con servizio all inclusive che ha fatto pena.. per non

L’unica cosa che mi è piaciuta è stata il cibo! Vario e cucinato in maniera ottima

Cons:

Il servizio all inclusive consisteva nel fare file su file per il mangiare, c’era sempre cibo sparso in giro e per terra, i tavoli per sedersi erano quasi sempre sporchi , bisognava aspettare molto per avere un tavolo pulito. Il caffè acqua sporca, le bevande non erano mai in bottiglia ma ai distributori.. la birra sempre sgasata

considero que la limpieza, el orden y el personal está muy bajito, falta personal, el que está noté que les hacía falta mas ayuda, hay muchísimas personas y los trabajadores dándolo todo.

Mala experiencia en el chekim
Cons:

La entrada. Tenía tres habitaciones reservadas: una doble y dos familiares y cuando llegué sólo aparecía la reserva de una familiar. Después de una hora y haber enseñado la confirmación de la reserva hecha, apareció la habitación, pero ubicada en el bloque 2 y la otra familiar y la doble en el 7. Yo había llamado para que en.la medida de lo posible estuviéramos cerca porque éramos una familia. Total, más lejos imposible.

Que el todo incluido es una farsa. Porque cuando se habla de "todo incluido" se refiere a todo, no que las bebidas la mayoría no estaban incluidas y había que pagar un % más para que te incluyeron muchas

Voor ons was dit geen verblijf dat we opnieuw zouden boeken. Helaas zullen wij niet meer terugkeren naar dit hotel.
Pros:

Het aparte gedeelte voor de kinderen met de glijbanen is recent volledig vernieuwd en biedt meer speelplezier voor de allerkleinsten.

We vonden ons verblijf helaas erg teleurstellend.

De hygiëne liet veel te wensen over. De tafels waren vaak vuil en in het restaurant moesten we regelmatig meer dan 10 minuten zoeken naar een propere tafel om aan te eten. Ook buiten, aan het podium, waren de tafels en stoelen vaak niet schoongemaakt. De vloer in het restaurant en zelfs de tafelpoten waren opvallend vuil.

Het eten viel eveneens tegen. Er was weinig variatie en de gerechten kwamen bijna elke dag terug.

De kamers zijn duidelijk verouderd. Er is geen koffiemachine op de kamer en drinkwater was niet altijd beschikbaar op de kamer.

Een groot pluspunt was de animatie. Het animatieteam voor de kinderen was fantastisch: ontzettend vriendelijk en enthousiast. Je zag dat ze hun werk met veel passie deden, zowel voor de kleinste kinderen als voor de activiteiten aan het zwembad. Daar verdienen ze echt een compliment voor.

Ook het handdoekenbeleid aan het zwembad vonden we jammer. Je krijgt één handdoek voor de hele week. Wil je tussendoor een propere handdoek, dan moet je hiervoor bijbetalen. In veel andere hotels kun je je gebruikte handdoek gewoon inruilen voor een frisse handdoek zonder extra kosten.

Voor ons was dit geen verblijf dat we opnieuw zouden boeken. Helaas zullen wij niet meer terugkeren naar dit hotel.
