Room rates on 25 and 31 December include a gala dinner.

Following the improvement plans of our pools, in January 2025 we will proceed to the closure of one of our 2 main swimming pools. This closure will take place on the 17th of November 2025 and will last approximately 30 days. During these days all our clients will have at their disposal the second swimming pool of the hotel, the small Splash Park and the BARCY WATER PARK.

When booking half board, note that drinks are not included.

Pros:

consiglio hotel per famiglie con bambini visto la presenza di acqua park con scivoli ed un pò di baby disco la sera ,posizione ottima vicino alle spiagge

Cons:

le pulizie nelle parti comuni sono da migliorare e soprattutto evitare che volatili entrino nella zona ristorazione. Non mi è piaciuto anche vedere diverse prese elettriche e cavi scoperti nelle zone comuni

Hotel najlepsze lata ma za sobą. Wiele elementów wymaga wymiany i napraw. Ogród pięknie utrzymany. Widok z pokoi w budynku głównym piękny

Śniadania niestety jak na tak duży hotel bardzo przeciętne.

Très bel hôtel malgré sa mauvaise conception vis à vis du vent
Pros:

Bel hôtel, chambre spacieuse fraîchement rénovée, salle de bain complète (grande baignoire et grande douche) grand lit confortable et grand balcon. Équipement pour les enfants au top (barcy club et aqua park), belles piscines et abords soignés, restauration variée et de qualité, avec un personnel aux petits soins à tous points de vue.

Cons:

La fraîcheur de la piscine (25 degrés), la mauvaise gestion des courants d'air à l'intérieur des bâtiments et la très mauvaise qualité des châssis qu'on pourrait appeler des passoires à air et à bruits. Ils sifflent et craquent au moindre coup de vent (ça a réveillé à plusieurs reprises notre bébé de 19 mois).

La comida del bufet muy buena y variada. La piscina es genial , muy limpia pero no la usé por el mal tiempo.

Salini sul tavolo sporchi unti di olio.. Mio Dio tutte queste Famiglie con bambini con rischio di prendersi qualche infezione di. Tutto decadente lo scarico della vasca arrugginito la porta del bagno tutta rotta. NON LO CONSIGLIO A NESSUNO!!!!
Avendo parlato con il responsabile la signora Maria José Gonzales la sua risposta è stata di farmi mangiare alla carta colazione pranzo e cena io mi sono rifiutato alla sua offerta dicendo di pensare a l'igiene Che mi sembra più importante..

Pros:

Strava bola dobrá a pestrá. Personál bol milí a ústretoví. Dostatok lehátok pre hostí pri bazénoch.

Cons:

V hoteli bolo strašne veľa vtákov, ktoré pri exteriérových baroch útočili na hostí a brali im jedlo z tanierov. Stoly a stoličky boli zašpinené od výkalov týchto vtákov a rozliatych nápojov. Na zemi medzi stolmi bolo sklo z pohárov. Nikto to nečistil, nespratával. Počas pobytu tiekla v kúpelni iba studená voda.

El hotel es precioso, super amplio y con gran variedad de actividades, el gimnasio es mucho mejor que la media.
La ubicación es excelente

Cons:

La limpieza de la habitación, puse el cartel para que limpiasen y me cambiasen las sabanas y sí me las cambiaron pero nada mas, ni si quiera barrieron el suelo. NADA.
