Wij kwamen aan, hadden bij de boeking gevraagd of we al eerder in ons appartement konden i.vm. vluchttijden. Ons appartement was nog klaar en we kregen daarom bungalow.

Erg vriendelijk personeel achter de receptie en bij het ontbijt..

Комфортное проживание, хорошая локация и логистика.
Pros:

Тихое место с видом на бассейн и частично на море. Зелено, в пешей доступности магазинчик, автобусная остановка. До пляжа Cala bassa дошли не спеша за 45 минут через лес. Кстати, поесть можно тоже около магазинчика по очень приятной цене

Cons:

Не работал кондиционер в главной комнате. Хотелось бы чтоб была водичка. Хотя бы на приезд для гостей.

Ok mais sans luxe avec prix Ibiza (donc un peu trop surfait)

Proche de la plage
Avec un parking public juste devant l'hôtel (attention en saison estivale peut-être difficile de trouver une place)
Jolie piscine avec passablement de transats
Bungalow simple mais correct
Propre (par contre ménage fait uniquement tous les 2 jours)

Cons:

Les WC dans la salle de bains ne sont absolument pas pratique, trop proche du mûr = impossible de s'assoir correctement, il doit y avoir eu un souci avec le sanitaire
En cas de forte occupation = nuisance sonore (j'éviterai en plein été), lors de notre séjour en octobre = OK
Prix trop élevés pour un bungalow en octobre
Canapé lit inconfortable (utilisé par un ado de 15 ans)
Stricte minimum dans les appartements, même pas une bouteille d'eau dans le frigo ... vous devez l'acheter €3,50 à la réception...

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
Pros:

Top Lage, alles schnell mit dem Mietwagen zu erreichen. Ruhig gelegen und nettes Personal. Zimmerreinigung und Handtuchwechsel waren super.

Cons:

Das Hotel hat keine eigenen Parkplätze, aber davor ist ein großer öffentlicher Schotterparkplatz. Könnte mir vorstellen, dass dieser in der Hochsaison nicht ausreicht.
Das Hotel hat keinen Fahrstuhl. Keine Handtücher für den Pool und die Liegen am Pool müssten erneuert werden.
Die Wohnung ist recht klein, aber für den Preis ok. Leider kein Geschirrspüler.

Pros:

Staff very friendly and helpful, even provided me with a new French press for coffee. Called taxis for us, looked up bus timetables and the cleaners refreshed the apartment every 2 days.
A lovely place to stay, amazing location and very comfy beds. Great air con, lovely balcony overlooking the pool.

Cons:

The WiFi was slightly weak.

Apartamento OK, mas espaço exterior muito fraco
Pros:

A localização é excelente. Facilmente se acede a qualquer parte da ilha. Na nossa opinião as praias daquela zona (ocidental) são das melhores da ilha. Também tem zona de "noite" perto para quem preferir, mas a área é muito familiar e tranquila.
O apartamento em geral é bom, tem tudo o que precisamos e tem boas áreas, mas necessita de alguma manutenção.

Cons:

Sofá cama muito pouco confortável.
Cabine de duche que não veda e não podemos estar a vontade a tomar duche ou acabamos com o apartamento encharcado.
Sendo um apartamento para 4 pessoas e tendo feito check in para 4 pessoas achamos muito mau a única área de refeição no interior ser um balcão alto com apenas 3 bancos. Nem sempre dava para fazer refeições na varanda ou devido ao tempo fresco ou à presença de melgas e vespas.
Lamentavelmente o exterior do complexo apenas tem a piscina utilizável. Nas fotos parece uma coisa, mas na realidade parece que está tudo abandonado. Candeeiros de rua caídos, braças de árvores na relva e caminhos, parque infantil sem manutenção, velho e com o chão coberto de "lixo" das árvores que nem as crianças conseguiram utilizar. Mesa de ping-pong abandonada debaixo de um telheiro junto com outros equipamentos para manutenção. Mesa de bilhar paga.
Escolhemos o alojamento porque parecia que teria várias opções no exterior do apartamento para toda a família e não foi isso que encontrámos. Não me lembrei que dava para colocar fotos senão tinha tirado fotos para complementar review.
