Pros:

Restaurant staff and chefs were warm and helpful. Animator Lisa was outstanding, full of energy! However, the in-room safe had a daily fee, not fitting for a 4-star hotel. The mini fridge was non-functional, meant for a minibar that wasn’t stocked or offered, making it merely decorative for photos. The blonde receptionist with glasses was a bit rude. Breakfast had only pork salami and sausage despite requests for alternatives.

Check-IN war problemlos und auf die Fragen wurde eingegangen,
Aufenthalt im Zimmer war gut und auch sauber,
Verpflegung in Halbpension ist nicht zu empfehlen, da man die Kellner selbst rufen muss um etwas zu trinken bekommen und sie nicht von selbst zum Anfang des Essens kommen,
Die Umgebung ist ruhig aber trotzdem schön auch mit dem Blick auf das Wasser und den Hafen,
Vom Hotel konnte man perfekt die umliegenden Städte mit dem Auto erreichen.

Das Hotel ist sehr hellhörig. Man hört die Nachbarn nachts. Beim einchecken sind uns fremde Haare auf dem Bett und in der Dusche aufgefallen. Trotz Zimmerservice war der Boden teilweise sandig und die Mülleimer nicht geleert, Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Super ist, dass die Rezeption 24h geöffnet ist. Die Zimmer sind schön aber leider haben wir in unserer Klimaanlage Schimmel entdeckt. Außerdem hat das Zimmer stark nach Rauch gerochen.

Segundo año consecutivo que venimos al hotel porque nos encanta la ubicacion, el personal y las instalaciones pero nos vamos algo decepcionados. La primera vez que vinimos solo no pareció incorrecto el buffet, escaso y sobre todo poca variedad, pero teniamos la esperanza que lo hubieran solucionado y mas viendo que la mayoria que de quejas iban dirigidas al mismo problema, pues para nuestro pesar este año el buffet era peor, la escaces persistía y la poca se convirtió en casi nula variedad. Es una pena ya que nos encanta la isla y si por nosotros fuera volveriamos pero probaremos otros alojamientos. Pd, Si algun dirigente del hotel me lee le ruego cuiden su personal, es su mayor tesoro, en especial las chicas del buffet, siempre pendiente de todo y de agradar a todos a pesar del problema.

Die Unterkunft war schön. sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Beim Frühstück hatte es etwas sehr viel Leute, sodass wir einen Moment warten musstenbis wir uns setzen konnten. Das einzige was ich in einem Hotel dieser Kategorie vermisst habe war, ein Bademantel und Hausschuhe. Ansonsten top und weiter zu empfehlen.
