Atención del personal. Cercanía de playas. Variedad de comidas

Cons:

Demasiadas cucarachas incluso en habitación, poca potencia del aire acondicionado, servicio de lavandería debería tener un orden para usarlo. Falta más limpieza en comedores. Las camas, sofá cama, demasiado incómodas.

Very nice hotel, friendly and helpful staff
Pros:

A very pleasant hotel with spacious, clean rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the meals were tasty and varied. The alcohol wasn't of the best quality, but you can't expect miracles with all-inclusive.I knew I would be arriving at the hotel late in the evening, so I sent an email asking for a small meal to be prepared—I was hoping for something like tapas. To my great surprise, a delicious dinner was waiting for us in the hotel restaurant (I should mention that, due to a flight delay, my friend and I didn't arrive until around 11:00 PM).Throughout our entire stay, we felt truly well looked after.

Cons:

There was nothing that would disturb our several-day rest.We took a taxi from the airport to the hotel (costing just under €30). You can get to Palma by bus; the bus stop is right next to the hotel, and a one-way ticket costs €5.

Very disappointing stay – not what I expected from a 4-star hotel. So poor

Only the food

Cons:

Amenities were not available, no safe, kettle and iron , I had to pay for them. It was too noisy at night i couldn't sleep properly.

Muy lindo lugar.
Pros:

La atención. Por más que entramos temprano nos ofrecieron almorzar y la comida. Eso vale mucho y volveré!

Cons:

La televisión. No son Smart.
