Pros:

Amazing staff so lovely and helpful, rooms were always clean as was the hotel. Food was lovely the majority of it was different day to day and a wide range of drinks. Massive thank you to the bar staff and cleaners they were so kind

Relaxing
Pros:

The property is nice and clean, the location is good not far from the beach and shops and restaurants. Easy to catch the bus and they also offer free bus to different places

Si eres celíaco no vayas a ningún hotel de esta cadena

La atención de la directora y el Maitre que en todo momento intentaron hacer lo posible por que tuviéramos una buena estancia

Cons:

Si eres celíaco no vayas a este hotel ya que no disponen de casi nada para nuestra dieta. Mi experiencia fue desastrosa aunque intentaran arreglarla al segundo día. El buffet todo con contaminación cruzada y sin cartelitos especificando que es cada cosa, el snack bar sin opciones. Lo único a destacar fue el personal del hotel que con los pocos medios que tenían intentaron hacer quctubieramos una buena experiencia aunque tristemente no lo consiguieran

Very budget based on food and drink but we didn’t pay budget prices so not what I was expecting
Cons:

Some staff were rude and unfriendly. The food selection and drinks were poor, food was bland and there was not enough options. Even the live cooking station food was poor quality and tasteless. The fruit was always dry and looked days old. It was also too far from the sea.

Pros:

The staff were nice and friendly. They have a bar at the hotel where they offer free drinks to "all inclusive" guests and things you can buy as well. They really put in effort to get the kids occupied, doing shows and dances. They also provide snacks in between meals which is also great if you are really hungry or have hungry kids.
The bus stop to Palma is right outside the door.
There are 2 swimming pools with a lot of space to sit and also a life guard.
They have an open buffet for all meals that provide a wide selection of food. The food is good.
There is no carpet on the floor of the room so it is probably easier to clean and makes me feel more comfortable. There is a balcony.
There is a lobby and the bar and a lot of space downstairs if you want to spend time outside your room. There is also water and drinks and snacks you can get. Makes you not feel stuck in the hotel room.

Cons:

The rooms are really moist. The bed felt moist every night. Makes the room damp and smell. The rooms are relatively old. It's clean enough to feel comfortable but nothing more than that. There is a big discolored spot on my mattress (though they put 2 bed covers on it). The refrigerator feels old and doesn't look clean. You can hear water running down the drains loudly when the neighbors use the bathroom or shower. We saw ants in the bathroom on the last day (we stayed 4 nights). There is no shampoo or conditioner in the rooms.
The bar is not cozy. Really plain furniture but gets the job done.
