The room upgrade was honestly the WORST decision I made during this trip. I was offered a discounted upgrade because we were celebrating a special occasion, but it felt more like a downgrade. The bedroom was extremely hot, while the AC in the living room worked better. I complained every day and even ended up sitting in the lobby at night just to cool down. The technician eventually came and basically explained that this was just how the system worked. Rooms: 0/10.

Food was also disappointing. Breakfast: 3/10, and it only starts at 8 AM, so if you have an early flight, expect to leave hungry. The omelets were some of the worst I’ve ever had. Lunch felt like leftovers from breakfast 0/10. Dinner, however, was much better: 8/10. Just know dinner closes at 9 PM. If you arrive late, the food left out for late arrivals was covered with flies during our stay, so we ended up ordering food elsewhere.

Now for the positives: the cocktails were 10/10! The entertainment was also really good, with activities by the pool during the day and entertainment at night. I also loved that you could get board games from reception. That part of the hotel had a really nice, fun atmosphere.

Unfortunately, the room and food experience brought the overall rating down significantly for me.

Bardzo fajny hotel , bardzo dobre jedzenie, czysto, przyjemnie, miła obsluga 👌
Czekając na taxi odłożyłam torebke na ziemie i wsiadajac do auta kompletnie o niej zapomniałam 🙈 w drodze na lotnisko obsluga od razu zadzwoniła żebym wróciła bo mój paszport był w środku 🙈
Jestem im bardzo wdzieczna.
