Non adatto a persone in carrozzina

Vicino al Gemelli, che è il motivo per cui l'avevamo preso. Personale in reception sempre gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

NON ADATTO A PERSONE IN CARROZZINA. all'ingresso principale c'è una grossa scalinata senza rampa per carrozzine. L'ingresso adibito è sul retro e non sempre aperto (le chiavi le ha il facchino e non si sa dove sia).

La stanza che ci hanno dato era in teoria accessibile a carrozzine però nel bagno (molto grande) c'era uno scalino per arrivare al water e alla doccia, rendendo le operazioni molto complicate.

Hotel abbastanza isolato e senza ristorante. L'unica maniera di avere del cibo è il delivery.

Tv in camera non sintonizzata e mancante di canali principali.

Mancanza di telefono in camera per contattare la reception.

Stanza e bagno piccolissimi. In bagno non è possibile utilizzare nessun piano di appoggio. Manca il bidet. Mancava un posto dove poggiare comodamente e aprire la valigia (lo spazio dedicato non era sufficiente ad una valigia di media grandezza. La porta della stanza non si chiudeva correttamente e ogni volta era necessario sbatterla, anche di notte dando fastidio a tutto il piano. Colazione scarsa, personale scontroso. La struttura è bella ma non si capisce se è un centro fitness aperto al pubblico o a servizio dell'Hotel, tanto è vero che al bar non è stato possibile caricare la spesa sul conto della Camera ma sono stato costretto a pagare con la carta. Parcheggio ampio ma disagevole da raggiungere. Di sera è poco illuminato e la cura del giardino lascia molto a desiderare. Strada di accesso (via degli Scolopi) disastrata, strettissima e piena di buche.
