La gentilezza e disponibilità del solo personale della colazione

Cons:

L’ascensore non funzionava e nessuno rispondeva al telefono. Alla reception, dopo che sono salita con la valigia perché non c’era alcun aiuto, mi è stato detto che sì, sapevano che l’ascensore non funzionava, ma che loro non rispondono al telefono.
Per cui mi dovevo arrangiare così come ho fatto!
Durante la colazione sembra di essere in una mensa, il personale è gentile ma c’è un pazzesco rumore di piatti sbattuti.
Insomma sembra un collegio, bagno piccolissimo senza bidet.
Tutto ma assolutamente non un 4 stelle

Pulizia e buona colazione e bella vista dalla camera

Cons:

Troppo tardi il check-in , fino alle 14 abbiamo dovuto girare Roma lasciando le valigie in macchina ed arrivando da Torino ci sarebbe piaciuto farci una doccia prima di iniziare a girare

Excelente estadía.
Pros:

La comodida de las camas. La ducha. La atención del personal de la noche, Valerio y Julia. El desayuno, muy completo.

Cons:

Que no había restaurante y al estar el hotel alejado de la ciudad, era difícil encontrar algo para comer en la noche. Y que la tv no era smart, solo se podían ver canales nacionales.
