Excellent place and customer service
Pros:

​This is a great place for family and kids. The food is delicious, rooms are clean and comfortable, there are a lots of activities and stuff to do.

​The staff is wonderful, they were always ready to help and make our experience more enjoyable. Especially pool entertainers, Sofija and Christiana, who created a great atmosphere and positive energy for all of us.

Hrana super, osoblje super, objekt sam po sebi okej al traže i najmanju sitnicu koju će vam naplatiti
Pros:

Doručak i večera su bili odlični 10/10. Osoblje simpatično.

Cons:

Stekli smo dojam da kao objekt nastoje izmusti svaki cent. Tako se parking za 1 dan plaća 10 eura (parking je običan, nije natkriven).
Ako želite koji sat ranije ući u sobu plaća se pola cijene jednog noćenja, što još nisam doživjela.
Bočice napunjene sapunom/šamponom nisu dopunjene do vrha već se vidno štedi.
Piće se za večeru plaća i nema dostupne vode.

Hotel je na predivnoj lokaciji, ali cijena ne odgovara samoj kvaliteti hotela od 4 zvjezdice.
Pros:

Najbolja stvar kod ovog hotela je lokacija uz samu plažu i predivnu šetnicu u hladu. Doručak i večera bili su zadovoljavajući.

Cons:

Prilikom dolaska u našu sobu, primijetili smo čudan miris u kupaonici (miris urina) i plijesan po pločicama, javili smo recepciji gdje su nam ponudili premjestaj u drugu sobu u kojoj je situacija bila malo bolja, ali i dalje prisutna plijesan na plocicama u tus kabini. Također, vidi se da je hotel dotrajao, s ostecenjima po zidovima i namjestaju te se cijena nocenja i ponuda i kvaliteta hotela ne slažu.
Do sobe nas je vodio mali lift u koji stane 1 osoba sa koferom.
Parking hotela placa se 10 eura po danu. Ispred hotela bilo je parkirano nekoliko automobila s postavljenom zastitom za sunce otkako smo stigli u hotel pa sve dok se nismo odjavili, koji nisu placali parking, na recepciji nam je receno da se ispred hotela ne smije parkirati te da su upozorili vlasnike automobila stavljanjem letka na prozor, tako da slobodno parkirajte ispred hotela, a ne placajte parking kao mi.
Također, izrazit manjak osoblja u restoranu dovodi do gužvi i nereda.

Pros:

We highly recommend this hotel. The food is excellent, with a wide variety of options available every day. All of the staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The pool is beautiful, and every day you can join morning stretching sessions as well as a very fun aqua gym.

The pool entertainers, Sofija and Christiana, who lead the aqua gym, are wonderful, always positive and energetic.

The hotel is also in a perfect location, with everything you need nearby. We will definitely come back again!

The property was gorgeous with more activities than most could do in a stay, off property the beach was right there and so were numerous water sport activities.

Amazing vacation
Pros:

Just return from our amazing vacation. And I immediately want to share my experience. We had an amazing stay at Bluesun Elaphusa! The hotel is beautiful, the food was delicious, and the location is perfect.
The animation team was the highlight of our holiday. I honestly couldn’t get my daughter out of the Mini Club because she always wanted “just five more minutes.” 😄 And every afternoon I had to practically drag my husband out of the pool because he refused to miss the water polo games! Huge thanks to the animators for creating such a fun and friendly atmosphere. We can’t wait to come back! 🫶🏻

An Unforgettable Vacation
Pros:

I had a fantastic week here at Hotel Elaphusa. The place is spectacular, and the staff is incredibly kind and welcoming. The restaurant has a great selection and is of high quality.
The entertainment was excellent!
A team of exceptional people, always full of positive energy. Personally, I found the aqua gym sessions fun, dynamic.
Thanks again, Sofija, for getting us involved with so much energy.
Giorgia was also fantastic a kids' club entertainer, super kind and very attentive to the little ones.
Highly recommended hotel, we will definitely be back!

The Best customer service
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful, well maintained, and exceptionally clean. I would especially like to praise all the ladies at the reception, who were incredibly kind, professional, and always willing to help.

Unfortunately, I made the mistake of leaving a large piece of luggage behind after my stay. To my surprise, the hotel staff arranged to send it to my home address free of charge. I was genuinely amazed by this level of care and customer service, and I am extremely grateful for their kindness and generosity.

This was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. I highly recommend this hotel and will gladly stay here again.
