Pros:

Big hotel with large rooms and great location. Food is standard for the type of hotel. Pool is very nice. Staff is very polite and helpful.

Cons:

The noise level between floors is an issue. It can be very noisy when someone even walks not to say when children start running around.

Perfect location
Pros:

Perfect location with a beautiful beach just in front of the hotel but also 10-15min walk to Zlatni Rat and Bol. Great service. Very clean. The half board includes buffet breakfast and dinner which had many options.

Cons:

No iron in the room

Unfortunately, not a great experience
Pros:

1) Location of the hotel is central & great
2) Gym area
3 Room with the balcony is good with good air conditioning

Cons:

Overall experience at the hotel is sub-par - I would not say that the hotel meets the criteria for 4 stars.
1) Hotel restaurant is a major, major downside, which needs big improvement and immediate intervention.
Dinner time is open only from 7PM to 9PM - it is quite challenging to find a table (?!) during the dinner.
If you come later at around 8:30PM or so - there’s quite a good chance that you will find only some leftovers and no desserts. The dining experience is poorly managed overall, leaving quite a bad impression of the hotel.
2) Hotel waiters and restaurant staff are severely understaffed; some of them are very nice, but vast majority need additional training in providing service (same applies actually to majority of the staff at the hotel). Hotel reception works were not the most useful in numerous occasions.
3) During breakfast: the juices are watered down to such an extent, that it seems you are drinking water.
During dinner (if you have half board) - all drinks (including even water) are extra, so you need to pay for them.
4) Sewage in the sink (and a little bit in the shower) was constantly overflowing
5) the hotel does not replenish water bottles in your rooms - something that is considered a basic level of service.


This is not the first time I was staying at this hotel, but this is definitely the last time (unless, drastic changes are implemented). First time was in 2023 and something has changed in a negative way.

Lokacija je odlična, blizina Zlatnog rata i Bola, uz prekrasnu šetnicu

Cons:

Velika gužva za doručak i večeru, te sam primjetila da ukoliko se dođe kasnije na večeru (cca 20 sati) više nema nekih jela koja su inicijalno bila u ponudi

Restaurant:
1. Die Kellner sind sehr bemüht, aber sie müssen beim Abendessen die Getränkebestellung aufnehmen, dann müssen sie die Bestellung bei einem Bildschirm im Restaurant eingeben, dann müssen sie auf die Bestellung warten und dann müssen sie die Bestellung auch noch servieren und kassieren.
Wir haben oft 30 Minuten auf unsere Getränke gewartet!!!
2. Es gibt zu wenige Sitzplätze im Restaurant.
Wenn man nicht um 19 Uhr beim Abendessen war sondern später, dann mussten Gäste oft bis zu 15 Minuten warten bis ein Sitzplatz frei geworden war.
Es war kein Schlechtwetter. Auch die Terrasse war geöffnet.
Wie kann ein Hotel zu wenige Sitzplätze haben?
3. Das Abendessen war um 19 Uhr.
Aber oft hat das Restaurant auch schon um 18:45 aufgesperrt, an einem anderen Tag erst wieder um 19 Uhr.
Abendessen um 19 Uhr heißt um 19 Uhr!
4. Für die Marmelade gab es keine kleinen Becher und die Marmelade war weit weg von der Butter!
5. Im Gang zwischen Restaurant und Taverne war immer ein ekelhafter Geruch.
Bitte ein anderes Putzmittel verwenden!
6. Unser Zimmer war bergseitig mit einem französischen Balkon, der unten offen war.
Wir hatten keine Wäscheklammern.
Wir konnten unsere nasse Wäsche nie aufhängen, weil sie sonst bei Wind runtergefallen wäre.
Wir mussten unsere nasse Wäsche umständlich im Zimmer trocknen.
Warum hat ein Hotel einen Balkon der unten offen ist???

Hideous place
Pros:

Terrible experience .. like a prison block, soulless, no atmosphere, dinner served in a chaotic school dining hall with bland, tasteless food, asked to leave after a couple of days and for any adjustment on the price, Manager unwilling to help. Wouldn’t leave kids at the club there if I was desperate.. looked very uninviting. So many people complaining at reception. Ignored all our emails. Such a shame as Bol is so beautiful
